Join us for our second annual fast-paced indoor triathlon at the Y!  This sprint-style event is great for first-timers and seasoned athletes alike. Participants will swim in our 25-yard pool, bike on a spin bike, and run on a treadmill — each for a set amount of time. Distances in each discipline will be recorded to determine your overall results. The format will be as follows 10-minute swim10-minute transition from swim to bike20-minute bike5-minute transition from bike to treadmill10-minute treadmill  Athletes as young as 8 are welcome. Anyone under 16 must have a guardian on-site (guardians are welcome to participate too). All participants under 12 must complete and pass the YMCA swim test at least one week prior to the event (by Sunday, November 1) and should be able to continuously swim for 10 minutes. Registration will open on April 1, 2026! Indoor Triathlon Swim 10 Minutes in 25 yard pool (4 feet depth)Bike 30 Minutes on stationary cycle Run 20 Minutes on treadmill. The combined time for the swim, bike and run is 60 minutes, plus two transitions. The first transition between the swim and bike is ten minutes and the second transition between the bike to run is five minutes. Each heat will have a maximum of 6 participants. Three lanes of the pool will be used, with two swimmers in each lane.  After completing the swim segment participants will have a 10 minute transition time to change and move to the cycle room for the bike segment. The run segment is upstairs using the treadmills. Each participant will have 10 minutes for the swim, 30 minutes on the bike, and 20 minutes for the run, with the allotted transitions between activities. The TXTRI at Canyon Park 2025 is serving as a replacement for Texas State Sprint Triathlon, that was suddenly canceled by the University. We are heart broken by these actions but also see a blessing in disguise by being able to move the event to Canyon Park and working with WORD of Comal County. TXTRI has a history at Canyon Park with an Olympic Distance Triathlon (circa 2005-2014). We are excited to bring triathlon and other activities to this beautiful venue. With the sudden cancelation and only two months to plan, for Nov 9th, 2025, we are focusing on bringing you a closed looped sprint course all inside the park, without traffic, simpler and safer course. For future events at Canyon Park and other locations around Canyon Lake we will be bringing more options and distances for triathletes to participate. Welcome to Fayetteville's only Half Marathon on the Cape Fear River Trail! All races will feature different routes and use the Cape Fear River Trail. This trail is a beautiful, paved greenway trail along the Cape Fear River. The start and finish line will be at the Cape Fear Botanical Garden. There will be on course support.  There will be no pets allowed at this event. This race will have an option to add on a VIP experience. The Cades Cove Loop Lope is the only organized footrace held inside Great Smoky Mountains National Park, to benefit Friends of the Smokies. All funds raised benefit park projects and programs such as historic preservation, wildlife conservation, native plant and grassland restoration, and so much more. Sunday, November 8th, 2026. Are you ready for one of the most challenging & amazing road races in all of Texas? The Mustang Marathon (formerly known as The Hill Country Trivium) is a set of 50k, full marathon, half marathon (a.k.a. "Thirteener"), 10k & 5k races held in the beautiful Hill Country town of Marble Falls. Each race takes place on a paved surface involving a true "Out & Back" course on country roads with rolling hills, formidable climbs & gorgeous views. All races begin & end at the Marble Falls High School’s Mustang Stadium. In addition to various race perks, all finishers will receive pie from the legendary Bluebonnet Cafe upon crossing the finish line!  While every racer will get some cool swag, October 16th is the deadline to get a shirt.

Racin’ Bacon 5K Working together with the PA Bacon Fest – in Easton, PA — this as quickly become one of our favorites. Registration includes a long-sleeved t-shirt, bacon, beer and an awesome race. Our three lead pigs (no, not a real four-legged pig) will get a 30 to 60 second head start…then the race begins! Pass all three mascot pigs and receive a special prize at the end.
