A Race Series Designed by Runners, for RunnersIn 2021 we created the McKirdy Micro Marathon series to help athletes run a personal best and qualify for the Boston Marathon or beyond. At the time, we were just coming out of the COVID-19 pandemic where opportunities to run fast times were limited and motivation to continue training was difficult with no races on the calendar. In 2023, we took the same concept and applied it at an elite level, hosting a race for athletes targeting the USATF Olympic Trials Qualifying Standard (OTQ) or the Olympic Standard. Many “on the cusp” athletes find they have limited options for races that are both fast and will provide the support they need to run their best.Athletes from all over the world came to participate in a small localized race with the potential for massive impact. We at Georgia Home Partners Realty strive to give back to the community that keeps us in business! Our local firemen, law enforcement officers, and first responders sacrifice so much to protect and serve all of us here in Oconee County. This will be our 9th Annual First Responder event and due to the past success we have had in prior years, we have set a goal of $30,000 this year to give back to our local heroes. Race to survivorship by bringing much needed funds to South Lake County and to the disease that impacts ONE in EIGHT women. This chip TIMED 5K or fun run/walk helps us provide support to Lake County folks in need of services by raising money to support the cause.  Libby's Legacy Breast Cancer Foundation was formed in 2007 after our Founder lost her mother, Libby (A Groveland resident), to breast cancer.  The Mission of Libby’s Legacy Breast Cancer Foundation is to provide comprehensive services to the underserved through education, mammograms, and follow-up diagnostics on the journey from diagnosis to survivorship with the compassion to ensure no one fights alone. The Toughest 10K Galveston, the second race in the Texas Bridge Series, offers runners the unique experience of crossing a true engineering marvel - the iconic Galveston Causeway. Starting at the Galveston County Daily News offices, participants head northbound over the historic bridge, loop around at Tiki Island, and return via the same impressive structure. While most of the course features the characteristic flat terrain of southeast Texas, runners face an exciting challenge: conquering the 72-foot tall causeway with its demanding 3.5% grade, both on the way out and back.

Toss in a creek crossing and a nice finish through Yahi and the golf course, you’re sure to enjoy your run!    The two races include a half marathon and a 4-mile an hour backyard endurance challenge!    The Half Marathon will start at 8:10am along the rock wall off Centennial/South Rim trail head. Extremely technical and rugged trail race through Hill Country State Natural Area. Old-school, self-support ultra. 25-mile loops with 2,500 ft elevation per lap.

All runners must pickup their own packet to participate in the City of Colleges Half Marathon.  Approxiamately 1,000 runners, friends and family will come through the expo.  Packet Pick-up to occur at the Indoor Practice Facility, 201 Donaghey Ave, Conway, AR 72035. Expo time - Noon - 6pm.

For more than 25 years, the annual USARA Adventure Race National Championships have seen some of the best teams from across the nation come together to compete in a non-stop, 30-hour adventure race. Many of these teams have to push the boundaries of human endurance and teamwork just to finish. Winning requires extreme willpower, mastery across disciplines, and sometime a little luck.  When the race ends, teams come together for an evening meal. We announce the national champions, crown the winners of the national points series, and celebrate the amazing adventure racing community.  The 2026 race is limited to teams of four in three divisions:  mixed gender, all-women, all-men.  There is not a separate masters division, though the top masters teams from across all divisions will be recognized. Race check-in will be Thursday, October 22, 2026. The 30-hour race will start Friday morning, October 23, 2026, and end Saturday afternoon, October 24, 2026. Priority registration opens January 1,

RACE DATES: OCTOBER 23-25, 2026. No whiners, wimps, or wusses.  This is a rugged trail running race that was designed to test runners.  The course can go by quickly because of it's picturesque views;  technical climbs and descents; and fun terrain.  But be careful looking at the scenery too long, you might end up face first in a cactus.Please understand this race does not have our usual full spread aid stations and volunteers...on purpose.We have medical staff, but you are required to be able to handle your own needs out on the course.  People asked for a tough race, so Tejas Trails made it happen.  Enjoy! Come run the No Business 100 October 23-24, 2026. This beautiful autumn race treats runners to miles of technical single-track trails and scenic landmarks. The 2026 No Business 100 is also a qualifying race for the 2027 Western States Endurance Race.   The No Business Hundred is a trail endurance race that begins and ends at the Group Camp in Pickett CCC Memorial State Park. The course is a single 100+ mile loop that traverses through the heart of the Big South Fork National River & Recreation Area starting in Tennessee then crossing the state line into Kentucky and back on some of the oldest trails in the southeast. We reverse the direction of the course each year and award a special buckle for runners who complete the course in both directions.   Along the way participants will pass through towering sandstone arches & rockhouses, gaze upon spectacular overlooks & waterfalls, and visit abandoned farms and homesteads including the No Business settlement. Join us on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at Cahoon Park in Bay Village, Ohio, for a run and walk honoring Amy Mihaljevic.  The Amy Mihaljevic Memorial Run & Walk started out as Walk for Amy during the 2020 COVID year.  As interest in the annual event grew, the Mihaljevic family wanted to expand the event to include a 5K race.  Amy was an energetic girl that loved staying active riding horses, riding her bike with friends, or playing in the neighborhood.  This race celebrates Amy's enthusiasm, zest for life, and love for people.  Run or Walk with that in mind.   Amy is forever in our hearts and is Never Forgotten.  Entrance Fee & Donation: Your financial contribution to this event either as a runner / walker or donor, will directly impact the investigation's ability to bring justice to Amy's killer and renews hope for the Mihaljevic family that Amy is Never Forgotten by the community at large. Join us on October 24th, 2026, to run or walk on Warren Tech's Cross Country teams' 5K course. The course has a couple of "gentle" hills with a mix of grass and pavement. This will be a hand-timed event with no age or gender group awards, just beautiful scenery and exercise. The course is well marked, and we will have a water station midway. You must register by October 5th to guarantee a t-shirt.
