What is a Tunnel To Towers Run & Walk? The Tunnel to Towers Run & Walk Series was created to honor the heroic life and death of Stephen Siller, a New York City firefighter (FDNY) who lost his life on September 11, 2001 after strapping on his gear and running through the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel to the Twin Towers. Honor all of those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001 and support our first responders and military who make extraordinary sacrifices in the line of duty! Dennis Oliver   The TXFallenPD Tribute Event began in 2008 as a police bike race honoring the lives of Texas officers killed in the line of duty. Over the years it has grown into a community fundraising event benefiting the Texas Police Chiefs Association's Foundation which provides monetary assistance to the families of Texas officers killed in the line of duty. The Bethlehem Lutheran Fall Fest was started in 2000 by a group of parents, teachers, and school supporters. It is the main fundraising event for Bethlehem Lutheran School. Fall Fest has quickly grown into an annual community event with hundreds of runners (kids and adults) enjoying the fall weather and participating in Fest activities that include bounce houses, games, and local food vendors. Fall Fest is a celebration of Bethlehem Lutheran School’s involvement in the Tri-Cities’ community as well as welcoming in the new school year. Together, our goal is to raise $40,000 for new improvements to our school! This year, we are fundraising install a book vending machine and give our school library a nice refresh. We are extremely excited to bring back a Black Swamp Runner favorite: The Night of the Dead Run! This race is a 5k mud run, featuring 20+ obstacles for you to conquer! Many of the obstacles include a "challenge" side, as well as an "Xtreme" side, making our course fun for anyone! Even if you believe you fall under the "couch potato" status, our course will help you prove to yourself that you have what it takes to tackle obstacles you thought you couldn't! In addition to the run will be the fact that this event takes place two weeks prior to Halloween. Prepare to witness some spooky scenes, as well as a few potential surprises throughout the course! This run will be held AT NIGHT, so we will also plan to have a lit up course that brings a unique feel to the Black Swamp Run. The Werewolf Chase is a free fun run the chase begins on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 11:00 AM  at Fort Wayne Outfitters. Gather your friends and family to participate in this unique and action-packed event. The Werewolf Chase Fun Run offers a one-of-a-kind experience. Race through the downtown Fort Wayne trail network and evade the werewolves in pursuit. Can you outrun them and make it to the finish line?
