Race Course: Join us and enjoy one of the most beautiful off-road trails in Cincinnati. French Park offers large meadow areas nestled inside the wooded perimeter, several trails, and a creek known for fossils, which wind through the park and will be part of the race course.  If you're looking for elevation gain, French Park has you covered. French Park boasts the most elevation gain with 331 ft of total ascent. The University of Findlay College of Pharmacy chapter of the American Pharmacists Association - Academy of Student Pharmacists (APhA-ASP) is hosting its 10th Annual Homecoming 5K and 3rd Annual 1.4 mile Fun Walk!   Join us for the Heart Healthy 5K and Fun Walk on Saturday October 11th, 2025 during the University of Findlay's Homecoming Weekend. THE 12TH ANNUAL SPARTAN SPRINT 5K RUN/WALK & FAMILY DAY! The course starts and finishes on NCC’s Bethlehem campus. Point to point course is mostly flat and fast, on paved roads between Northampton Community College and through a local neighborhood. The Laurel View Village Que Classic is held at Summers Best 2 Weeks located at the beautiful Quemahoning Dam just a few minutes off of Route 219. The Adam Zook Memorial Run is a timed 5k or 9.88 mile run, and an untimed 2-mile walk that takes place on Saturday, September 26, 2026. Proceeds collected from this event will fund scholarships for three seniors from the 2026-2027 class and support suicide prevention initiatives within the Tyrone Area School and the surrounding community. Nestled among rolling hills and dense forest, the Marilla Reservoir in Bradford, PA provides the perfect backdrop for trail racing.  With both 7 mile and 14 mile courses, the Marilla Trail Race offers the opportunity for beginners, hard-core trail runners, and everyone in-between to take advantage of Bradford's world-class wilderness.  Clearly marked trails take runners over a variety of terrain- gravel paths, dirt trails, and winding single track, with aid stations spread throughout.  Except for a single road crossing, the 14 mile course is 100% off-road, and the same goes for the 7 mile route.  While the courses are mostly non-technical, be prepared for intense elevation changes on the rolling hills and some winding single track. The first flight of the A-7 Corsair II took place 26 September 1965.  The airframe would go on to serve in every major conflict from Vietnam to Desert Storm. Utilized by the US Navy, US Air Force, US Air National Guard, Portuguese Air Force, Thai Air Force, and Hellenic Air Force, the Corsair II was finally retired from service in 2014.  To commemorate this aircraft's storied history and the sacrifice of those service members who flew and maintained the airframe throughout its 49 year history, the A-7 Corsair II Association (www.corsair2.us) is hosting its fifth annual virtual 5K run/walk. 20th Annual 24-Hour Race VENUE:Hinson Lake, Rockingham, North Carolina RULES: This event will be electronically timed.  All participants will be issued a bib/chip which must be worn at all times to guarantee that all completed laps and splits are recorded.  There will be a chute for runners only and if you will be taking a break, you will be asked to steer clear of the lap counting area. COURSE: The course is the 1.5032-mile inner loop that circles the lake. It is a USATF certified course with certification code NC14103DF.  The surface is sand/gravel-maintained trail through the woods. You will run over 16 small wooden foot bridges including a 300-foot bridge that crosses over the lake. The trail will be marked on race day and will use chem-lights at night. The Christus Victor Lutheran Church Food Pantry supports over 60 families each week who come in to “shop” for free. In addition to offering nonperishable and perishable food items, we also offer personal care products and hats and gloves in the winter. This funds raised from this event will support our food pantry!   This event is open to the community and will be a family-friendly event.
