¡Pick Me Up at the Border!

This is a long-distance, nighttime, gravel ride. Don't miss this unique experience! There will be three ride options: 25 mile (Belleville), 40 mile (Monticello), and 80 mile (Illinois state line) out and back, asphalt for 5.3 miles in Fitchburg, then all gravel/dirt trail, except for a short detour on Tunnel Road around the closed Stewart Tunnel, beginning at nightfall. End times vary according to distance. Participants generally return to their motor vehicles at the start point or ride home. This ride is on the Badger State Trail. Riders are responsible for their own state trail passes. We meet at 6:30pm for required check-in and safety briefing. Then grab some snacks provided by Fitchburg Family Pharmacy before you hit the trail! The ride starts at 7pm. The LMCU Bridge Run has been providing the community with a premier starting line to accomplish goals since 2002 and we invite you to join us in person or virtually to keep the tradition "running" (pun intended)! Whether you pick the 10 Mile Run or 5K Run/Walk, be assured you will have a great race day experience running through downtown Grand Rapids and of course, crossing the many bridges in the city. The 2026 Bridge Run will take place on SUNDAY, September 20 and will be located on the west side of the 6th Street Bridge (use 731 Front Ave NW, Grand Rapids, 49504 in your GPS for our physical location). The historic 6th Street bridge is an icon and a favorite of our event participants. NEW 10k for 2026! We will be celebrating the new Buckeye Trail section at West Branch State Park. The Buckeye Trail has recently been designated a State Trail by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources and is only the third trail to receive this recognition. This new section is the first of more to come!  West Branch State Park is predominantly forested with a mix of deciduous and coniferous trees. The forest is primarily oak-hickory and provides habitats for a diverse array of wildlife, including deer, foxes, raccoons, squirrels, pheasant, and songbirds. Death by 5k is coming back to Tulsa for year 4! Heat, hail, high winds, torrential rain....Tulsa is always an exciting time! RunStrong Event's signature 24 hour challenge, Death by 5k requires participants to run ten 5ks starting one every 2.5 hours, for 24 hours.
