The Fillmore 5K is a 3.1 mile race at Fillmore Golf Course. The course will be the Saturday following the High School Cross Country meet and held on the same course.  This is a unique and challenging course, for locals some may have ran this course during high school cross country. Run Paris, Y'all! This race is held on the NETT Trail, a rails-to-trails conversion route. The trail is a mix of asphalt, soft ground, gravel trails and some bridge crossings. This is a flat and fast course. It’s "a road race with a trail vibe!" All distances start and end at the Eiffel Tower in Paris, Texas. If you haven't been, Paris, Texas is approximately 90 minutes northeast of Dallas, TX, 90 minutes west of Texarkana, less than 20 minutes south of the Oklahoma/Texas border and three hours south of Tulsa, OK.   Run a race in the morning, at night, or both! 1Lt Mark Dooley Race of Remembrance is a 5k race/walk in honor of 1LT Mark Dooley's service to our country, state and community. This race is a community event sponsored by our local businesses and the Wilmington Police Department. 2026 INFORMATION COMING SOON   "Because Sickle Cell Awareness Matters" Breaking The Sickle Cell Cycle Foundation, Inc. cordially invites you to the 5th Annual Sickle Cell Warrior Walk/Run 5K!  The Sickle Cell Warrior Walk/Run 5K is an inspiring, family-friendly event to unite the Nashville community and surrounding areas in bringing awareness to sickle cell disease and to create long-lasting relationships to help support members of the sickle cell community.  Sickle cell disease is a painful genetic blood disorder that is known to disproportionately impact minority populations, but any person can have sickle cell disease or carry the trait that is responsible for causing the disease. The goal of this event is to increase community awareness of sickle cell disease and encourage people to learn their sickle cell trait status, use the information to make informed healthcare and family planning decisions. The race will be held on September 20, 2025 at the beautiful Hartman Park. 5K

Bound for the Sound is 5k and 10k road race in Old Lyme, CT. Both courses start at popular Sound View Beach in Old Lyme, CT. The 10K is mostly flat with some gently rolling hills. The 5K is very flat and very fast. Both races finish down historic Hartford Avenue facing the beach. Post race food and drink is included in your race entry.  The 10K course is USATF certified (CT25015JHP) and will serve as the USATF-CT 10K State Championship for both 2025 and 2026, concluding the USATF-CT Road Grand Prix series. Miles 4 Madison is a 5K/1K Fun Run supported by Sterling Ranch CAB. Miles 4 Madison's goal is to provide educational and recreational opportunities for families with children with different abilities. The Race is for all capabilities, strollers, and pet-friendly! The Annual Newbern Depot Days 5K Race and Fitness walk is in remembrance of Reverend George Butler and Bart Williams, who began overseeing this race over three decades ago, were dedicated to ensuring the race was held annually, regardless of the number of participants. In their honor, we are continuing this tradition, and all proceeds from the event will benefit the George Butler Memorial Food Pantry and the Loads of Love Laundry ministry of the Newbern Cumberland Presbyterian church. This pantry and laundry ministry, operated by community volunteers, is located at the Newbern Cumberland Presbyterian Church, where Reverend Butler served as pastor and Bart, a devoted member, for over 30 years. Haven Homes is a faith-based, non-profit organization that serves both men and women in the Texarkana/Four States area who are struggling with life issues such as drug abuse, alcoholism, and addiction. Through safe housing, work and service programs, counseling, and spiritual guidance, we help individuals in need grow and thrive. The Haven Homes mission is to bring restoration to broken people through grace-based discipleship. We seek to reach those in pain from addiction and, through God's grace, help these individuals receive love, joy, hope, and healing. Haven Homes offers a Transitional Home for women coming out of Bowie County Women's Center. We also offer 12 to 18 month Recovery Centers for both men and women, and sober-living homes for program graduates. This is the 2nd Frantic Frog Sprint of the year.  The Goose Pond Island Frantic Frog Fall Sprint Triathlon will take place at the Goose Pond Colony Resort, located in Scottsboro, Alabama on September 19th, 2026. We have added a 5k Run to the event this year, for those that don't feel challenged to participate in the Triathlon.  It will be the same course as the triathlon run portion.  You won’t be required to have a USAT membership for the 5k.  We invite all to come enjoy the beauty and challenge awaiting in our host Northern Alabama venue! Strength In Our Streets is a one-day Indiana Fitness Competition that will host an estimated 40, 12 person teams (480 athletes) from CrossFit affiliates and various gyms across Indiana. 100% of the proceeds benefit the work of Wheeler Mission, Indiana’s largest homeless service provider. Participating athletes work together to fundraise to help people experiencing life threatening issues such as homelessness and addiction. Since the event debuted in 2014, this event has raised more than 1.4 million dollars through peer-to-peer fundraising.
