Bound for the Sound is 5k and 10k road race in Old Lyme, CT. Both courses start at popular Sound View Beach in Old Lyme, CT. The 10K is mostly flat with some gently rolling hills. The 5K is very flat and very fast. Both races finish down historic Hartford Avenue facing the beach. Post race food and drink is included in your race entry.  The 10K course is USATF certified (CT25015JHP) and will serve as the USATF-CT 10K State Championship for both 2025 and 2026, concluding the USATF-CT Road Grand Prix series. Miles 4 Madison's goal is to provide educational and recreational opportunities for families with children with different abilities. The Race is for all capabilities, strollers, and pet-friendly! The Annual Newbern Depot Days 5K Race and Fitness walk is in remembrance of Reverend George Butler and Bart Williams, who began overseeing this race over three decades ago, were dedicated to ensuring the race was held annually, regardless of the number of participants. This is the 2nd Frantic Frog Sprint of the year.  The Goose Pond Island Frantic Frog Fall Sprint Triathlon will take place at the Goose Pond Colony Resort, located in Scottsboro, Alabama on September 19th, 2026. We have added a 5k Run to the event this year, for those that don't feel challenged to participate in the Triathlon.  It will be the same course as the triathlon run portion.  You won’t be required to have a USAT membership for the 5k.  We invite all to come enjoy the beauty and challenge awaiting in our host Northern Alabama venue! Packet Pickup Friday 5 PM - 7:00 PM & Saturday 6:30- 7:30 AM at the grassy area just outside of the Docks Restaurant. Please park on the north side of the pool and not by the transition area.
