Now more than ever, The Main Line Chamber Foundation needs your help as we seek to continue the Volunteer Emergency Responders Scholarship program. Thanks to your past support, during our Hometown Heroes event in June, we were able to provide $50,000 in scholarships to volunteer firefighters and emergency medical technicians. These outstanding volunteers risk their lives on every call.Registration is $35 until the day of the race. Race Day registration is $40. The 13th Annual Boring Marathon, Half-Boring Half-Marathon, Constantly Boring 10K, and Somewhat Boring 5K will take place on Sunday, September 13, 2026. All races start and finish at Boring Station Trailhead Park in downtown Boring, Oregon. Parking will be at Boring Middle School, Naas Elementary School, Boring-Damascus Grange, and the surrounding neighborhood. Please make sure to check out the updated parking map, as we have been able to add almost 100 additional parking spots. As always please respect the neighbors by not blocking driveways or fence openings, fire hydrants, or parking where 'no parking' sings are posted. Please use SE Wally Rd and SE School Ave to reach parking after 6:15 am, as runners will be crossing SE Dee St. The four races are all on the Springwater Trail, out and back, with the marathon being 2-loops of the half marathon course. Step Up & Support 4-H Unlimited Mileage Counts as 15K (Triple Points) September 13-19 Process: Walk or run anywhere at any pace to accumulate steps during a weeklong challenge. Make a note of daily totals. All participants must have a minimum of 18,600 steps (approximating a 15K) to be awarded race points based on placing in age group. Placing is based on the total number of steps (at least 18,600) in the seven days (12:01 am 9/13- 11:59 pm 9/19).  Speed does not matter. Steps accrued while running other races are allowed. No points awarded for a weekly total of fewer than 18,600 steps.  Awards: All registered runners (submitting at least 18,600 steps) will receive a pair of 4-H socks. The socks are brand new and come from a limited-edition batch. Unlike our famous gloves, participants get both socks. Dragon Trails Triathlon (Sprint)

Join us for the third annual Dragon Trails Triathlon! We are excited to invite any adventurous athletes to race this scenic and rugged sprint triathlon course. You will be challenged with a .75K (.46 mile) freshwater swim through Tommy’s Lake, a 20K (12.4 miles) of mixed terrain biking through Bald Mountain, the Polly Ann Trail, and Orion Oaks County Park, and a 5K (3.1 miles) run through the forested trails of Camp Agawam.  This event is truly one of a kind, and our race organizers are excited to host a limited number of athletes through an intimate and organized open water swimming, mountain biking, and trail running experience. BRRC Sundae Sunday 10-Miler

Welcome to Bloomsday Road Runners Club's (BRRC) Sundae Sunday 10-Mile race. The BRRC Sundae Sunday 10-Miler is back again in 2026.  Again, this year, we will run the same route as was run in 2025. The start and finish at Pauline Flett Middle School located just behind the VA Hospital on Wellesley. We will again have a gun start. The race will start at 9am in the parking lot of Flett and turn right out to Wellesley.  We will run through the neighborhood and get back on NW Blvd. From that point on the route will be the same with a short OUT-N-BACK at the gun club Y.  Once back up the hill, continue on Assembly past the VA Hospital turning right onto Wellesley and back to Flett Elementary. There will be a water stop and Porta-Potties around mile 2.5 and 6.5. Ben & Jerry's will be back with their ice cream, HURRAY!!!

8th Annual Rockaway Beach Triathlon/Duathlon

Race Start Time and Location: Oh, how we love our Rockaway Beach! We are back once again in the iconic Rockaway Beach in Queens for our 7th Annual Rockaway Beach Triathlon/Duathlon on 9/13! Unlike our May edition of the race, the weather and the water temperature is most optimal! With a gorgeous ocean view and smooth, concrete boardwalk, it makes for a great running and biking course. As this is an open water event in the Atlantic, the swim can sometimes be challenging with big waves, strong currents.
