Henry Ford Race to Health

Join us for our 42nd Annual Henry Ford Jackson Race to Health on Sunday, September 13th, 2026 at the beautiful Cascades Park in Jackson.    Here’s the run down!   ALL 5k participants receive a FINISHERS MEDAL!                      5K Run at 8:00 am                              5K Walk at 8:05 am                         Kids Fun Run (ages 3 - 12) at 9:00 am (Kids get a FREE “Run Wild” tie dye T-shirt and Finishers Medal)) Pricing: $30 until 8/31, $35 from 9/1 until 9/12. Race day is $45. Register by August 28th to secure a t-shirt in your size! Limited shirts available for late registrations.  Team Relay - For those that don't want to compete in the 5k join a 4 person relay team. Each member will run a 1/2 mile around the baseball field. This is an un-timed event, just for FUN! Each member costs $25 and receives a t-shirt (if registered by the t-shirt deadline). No awards for this event.    Plus!
