The Patriots Triathlon is a great end of season race with Olympic and Sprint options all while being just minutes from historic Williamsburg, VA and the Jamestown Settlement. The swim takes place at beautiful Jamestown beach where you can watch Osprey catch their breakfast or see a pod of dolphins swim along the course. The bike course is flat, fast and parallels the Cap-Cap bike trail along Rt. 5. The run course is simply amazing as it winds through historic farmland and forest on a combination of bike paths and jogging trails. The Francis Creek Lion's Club is holding the annual "Trek The Creek Scott Bohman Memorial Family Run/Walk" on September 12, 2026. We are proud to host this event in honor of the race founder, Scott Bohman.  The event will be held at Pla-Mor park in Francis Creek, WI and will prominently feature the Devil's River State Recreational Trail. Beat The Blerch is a 5K, 10K, half, and full marathon created by The Oatmeal and inspired by this comic about running. Our Carnation, Washington race will take place in a quaint little town located about 35 minutes outside of Seattle.  It begins at King County’s Tolt MacDonald Park, and it’s a beautiful flat, out-and-back course that winds its way through evergreen, mossy forests along the Snoqualmie valley trail. Near the starting line of the race are strawberry farms and pumpkin patches, which offer guided tours in case you’re still up for a bit of walking after the race.
