Swim for Alligator Lighthouse

Islamorada, FL
“The 8-mile swim to Alligator Lighthouse is a challenge. It’s not for the faint of heart"  How it started When World Renowned Artist, Lighthouse Larry decided to swim, in his native town of Islamorada, to Alligator Lighthouse and back, alone and self-supported, his friends thought he was crazy. When he then said out loud “every open water swimmer should experience this,” Larry became the anchor to the Swim for Alligator Lighthouse. The Fighting Manatee Swim Club, the Masters swim club of Islamorada, accepted the challenge to present a world class open water swim event in the Florida Keys to help raise awareness and funds to Save Alligator Lighthouse. The Fighting Manatees presented the Inaugural Swim for Alligator Lighthouse in 2013. It’s here to stay! Race Overview  The Swim for Alligator Lighthouse is an 8-mile open water swim. Participants swim 4 miles, circle Alligator Lighthouse, and swim 4 miles back. The event is open to solo swimmers, 2 person, 3 person and 4 person teams.

Saucony Charlotte Covered Bridge Half Marathon & 5k/10k

Shelburne, VT
This is definitely one of our racers' favorite races. There are no huge hills and the scenery is beautiful. Beginning and ending at picturesque Shelburne Beach, you will run along dirt, gravel and paved roads featuring scenic views of Vermont countryside and rural farmland. Run past Charlotte Beach situated on beautiful Lake Champlain just before entering the Holmes Creek Covered Bridge for the first time. The course continues on quiet, rolling hills before arriving at the turnaround. The half marathon runs through the covered bridge twice. The 5K and 10K turn around before reaching the bridge (although it's not that far beyond the 10K turnaround, so if you want to run through it, it's not going to add that much to your finish time for 10K runners).

Go for Bo! 2026

Fredericksburg, VA
Join us for a fast, flat course at the Stafford Regional Airport for a beautiful sunset run! These factors have contributed to a situation in which child trafficking and public health are major problems. That’s where we come in. For more than a decade, Ebenezer Church has been proud to partner with Helping Children Worldwide. Through its programs, the Child Reintegration Centre and Mercy Hospital, they provide critical services to families in Bo, Sierra Leone, Africa. Through our partnership, the people of Ebenezer Church have
