Shaker Lakes Hike & Run

On Sunday, September 14, the Shaker Lakes Parklands will be filled with the energy and enthusiasm of runners, hikers and community members of all ages when the Nature Center at Shaker Lakes hosts its annual and always-popular Hike & Run event. We invite you to join the festivities! The price will increase on race day so sign up early!  Well-behaved leashed dogs are allowed on hikes and runs if they stay near the back. What is the Hike & Run? Run: 5k or 10k road race with chip timing and awards on a beautiful course around Shaker Lakes. The 1 Mile Run/Walk will be chip-timed and use the streets the of the 5k/10k course Hike: Guided hikes in distances from 1 mile to 6 miles to explore our city and parks.
