The Rogue River Triathlon includes a Sprint Distance and a Mini Distance. Both distances begin with a down-river swim in the Rogue River. Next is the run, 3 miles for the Sprint Distance and 1.5 miles for the Mini. The run takes place on a paved Forest Service Road overlooking the beautiful Rogue River. The event ends with the bike ride, 12 miles for the Sprint and 6 miles for the Mini. The bike ride is also on a paved Forest Service Road and boasts views of the Rogue River. There is also an option for a 2-3 person relay.

This 26.2 mile marathon trail run will take place on the single track dirt trails along with some sections of mowed meadow trails in the rolling hills of Moorehead Park.  Participants can expect challenging hills and beautiful scenery while running well-marked and maintained trails. You will be running on some old stage coach trails that will take you past the first homestead which served as the stage coach stop, church, and doctor/hospital. Pay your respects as you visit the cemetery of our first settlers, check out some old farm equipment, visit an old train depot, and run past a one room school house.  This race will consist of three 8.8 mile loops with the option of signing up for the 1/3 mazathon which consists of one loop for 8.8 miles, the 2/3 mazathon which consists of two loops for 17.6 miles, or the full mazathon which consists of 3 loops for 26.2 miles.  Finisher medals will be awarded to all distances for Mazathon finishers. TITANIUM MAN JR. TRIATHLONRace date is August 1, 2026 For 7-12 year old triathletes! Hey kids --> It's your turn! Here is a chance to give triathlon a try. See if you’ve got what it takes to get to the finish line…we think you can do it. Hey parents --> Here is a chance for your young athletes to try something a little different by putting a swim, bike, and run together in one event. We have designed a safe course with plenty of adult supervision that will be fun for the kids to challenge.  The 200-yard swim will be in the river in a shallow area near shore with plenty of adult swimmer support. The 4.5-mile bike leg is all on a bike path, except for a short portion in the boat ramp parking lot which will be heavily barricaded and controlled. Helmets are required during the bike ride. The 1-mile run will be completely on a foot path.  7 & 8 year olds will bike and run half of this distance. IMPORTANT BIKE INFORMATION.  PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.  WE WILL NO LONGER ALLOW THE US

Fun for the whole family. Multiple distances to choose from that include options for both runners and walkers. A looped course for the 10K and Half-Marathon, it's a hilly but fun course. There is a three-hour cutoff for the event. The course must close at 10am, so there is no walking option for the half-marathon.  The event starts and finishes at North Plains Elementary School. The 10K and Half-Marathon courses will be run counterclockwise on a loop course on Pumpkin Ridge Road. The Gateway Gallop is a community event that raises funds to support west side trails. Proceeds benefit the B&O Trail Association and the White Lick Creek and Vandalia Trail Alliance, helping advance trail development and maintenance across our community. The Hickory Hustle 5K & 10K Run and Kids Run is back for 2026! Join us in Colfax, Indiana during Ole Hickory Days beginning with a fish fry on Friday, July 31st and continuing Saturday, August 1st, 2026.  The 5K and 10K on Saturday, August 1st begins at 8:30am and includes a Kids Run beginning at 9:00am. Joe had been diagnosed with ALS (Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) which is a nervous system disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord and in July of 2025, after a long fight with ALS, Joe went home to be with his Lord and Savior. Two Face 10K gives you the option to race road, trail, or road + trail!  Held annually in August in beautiful North Park from Olympia Shelter, this event is a dual race that combines a 10K Road race, followed by a 10K Trail race. Race day is typically one of the most humid days of the year in western PA. The Houtzdale Days 5K Walk/Run and Fireman’s Challenge is an annual event during our Houtzdale Days celebration.  Participants are awarded medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for Male and Female in each category.   Registration is $25 for walk/run, $20 for Fireman's Challenge. In both memory and honor of William “Wild Bill” Sonner, Seven Oaks and the Stonehenge HOA is proud to hold our fifth annual Wild Bill 5k in 2025. Wild Bill was a coach, mentor and community leader in Raleigh for decades. The same passion that made Wild Bill an All-American athlete at NC State, made him a beloved Raleigh fixture for nearly 70 years. While his forte was swimming, Wild Bill was well known for running daily, no matter how hot the summer days got. Wild Bill was relentless and we wish to harness that energy to raise money for good causes in his honor. August 1st, 2026 - Join us for the second annual Loon Ride at the Mercer Bike Fest. ICORE (Iron County Outdoor Recreation Enthusiasts) announces the inaugural Mercer Bike Fest and Loon Ride. The event supports our fund raising efforts to expand the current Mercer bike trail from Carow Park along Hwy J to WinMan Trails ultimately completing a 26 mile loop of Mercer and Manitowish Waters as part of the Heart of Vilas County trail system. In previous years this ride was known as Lupine Junefest. The volunteers who created and supported that ride did a wonderful job of building the foundation for the trail expansion project. The Jackpine Savage Mountain Bike Race is on City Park trails in Spooner, WI.  The race start will happen near the trailhead entrance behind Spooner High School with parking available in the west parking lot at the high school.  The race will consist of singletrack mountain bike trail, cross country ski trail, and utilize a short amount of pavement as well.  All levels of mountain bike racers are welcome.  However, off-road riding experience is necessary to safely compete in this race.  Most of the singletrack is at a beginner level but there are some intermediate sections as well.  A mass start will be utilized with 3 lap racers going first, followed by 2 lap racers and then 1 lap racers.  The kid's short track race will start at 11:30 with awards to follow. Annual Spartan Charge 5k and Fun Run to benefit the North Schuylkill Jr High and Varsity Cross country team.   T-shirt deadline is Thursday, July 10th.  If you are not signed up by July 10th, you are not guaranteed a shirt.

Event Description The 2nd annual Raffle Run is a go!  As always, our goal is to motivate you to do your best.  However, for Raffle Run, our focus is to be insanely generous to the runners that come to our events.  We will be giving away around $2,500 worth of prizes at Raffle Run.  No strings attached! Literally, it’s that simple.  Runners/walkers of all ages are welcome.  At this event, you can literally be the slowest runner/walker and still win BIG!   Have you ever wanted to be a part of a raffle drawing where there is no limit to the number of raffle tickets you can have in the raffle?  Do you also enjoy running/walking and pushing yourself?  Well, Raffle Run is just for you.  This is the most unique raffle you’ve ever heard of or ever been a part of.  You control the number of raffle tickets you get based solely on your effort.  Raffle tickets are only earned at this event and are NOT for sale.  So, how does it work? Runners will receive a Raffle Run wristband at packet pick-up.

The fastest 5K through the streets of Girard Borough.

Two Face 10K gives you the option to race road, trail, or road + trail!  Held annually in August in beautiful North Park from Olympia Shelter, this event is a dual race that combines a 10K Road race, followed by a 10K Trail race. Race day is typically one of the most humid days of the year in western PA. Join us and see what we mean by insane!  In 2026, we race road with the lake on the left, and trail up the switchbacks from Olympia. Are you brave enough to do both?  START TIMES 7:30 am - Road Race9:00 am - Trail Race Afterward, be sure to stick around and cool off with Tim Wu's Famous Shaved Ice and post-race beer from Dancing Gnome Brewing.

The Houtzdale Days 5K Walk/Run and Fireman’s Challenge is an annual event during our Houtzdale Days celebration.  Participants are awarded medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for Male and Female in each category.   Registration is $25 for walk/run, $20 for Fireman's Challenge. All proceeds go directly to Houtzdale Fire Company.  REFERRAL OPTIONS TO SAVE MONEY! Register 10 or more people at one time using the multi-signup option and the fee is reduced by $5! ****** WE WILL CONTINUE USING THE 2023 REVISED COURSE ****** The course is slightly longer (3.3 miles) than the standard distance (3.1 miles) but is more manageable for more runners and walkers. Sundown Rundown isn’t just a race. It’s a battle against the clock. Trail Circuit Run: 1.6-ish miles to +35.7 miles. We run until it's done! One start. One course. A lot of shared effort. The clock shrinks, the laps stack up, and the group naturally reshapes itself. Between rounds, there’s time to catch your breath, share a laugh, and decide to go out one more time. However far you make it, you’re part of the night and part of how end Summer Camp on a high note. And when it’s all over share burgers, s'mores, stories, and celebrate the night’s together. One winner but many memories to create. How far will you go before time runs out?
