The Carousel at CFJ Park is the largest and most ornate of them all. In 2026 The Longest Day Will be exploring a new region of the Adirondack Mountains in New York. This will be a 24 hour event held in the heart of one of the largest parks in the US. Teams of 2 - 4 will experience world class single track mountain biking, incredible navigation through forests and over mountains, and exciting wilderness packrafting. This race is built to challenge the toughest adventure racers but also give new folks the chance to experience a longer race format. On this course many of the checkpoints will be optional with a fewer number of mandatory points to make sure that everyone gets across the finish line together. Unfortunately our permitting does not allow for solo racers for this event. The course we designed will be a challenge both for experienced racers and new folks alike so don’t shy away if you’re just starting out in AR, we’ve got something for everyone! Last Man Standing Lake Placid   July 25th, 2026 at 9:00 AM   Last Man Standing is a backyard ultra race held on the pristine, wooded trails at Mt. Hovenberg in Lake Placid, New York. Based on the original Backyard Ultra format created by Lazarus Lake, the rules are simple—but finishing is anything but. You must complete one 4.167-mile loop every hour on the hour. Finish a loop early? Great—rest, refuel, stretch, panic, question your life choices—just be back in the corral before the next bell rings. The moment you fail to start a loop on time, you’re out. Some show up to win. Most show up to find out what they’re made of. Whether your goal is 2 loops or 40, this event is about going further than you thought possible.  The Last Man Standing course is as inviting as it is challenging. Those who are new to trail running and the backyard ultra format may find themselves completing new personal best distances. Trail veterans will push against their toughest limits and break through them!

Run or Walk The Chocolate Challenge If you like a refreshing morning run followed by delicious chocolate treats, then this event is for you.  The Chocolate Challenge is a charity race that supports Kelleigh's Cause, an organization created to raise funds for Arteriovenous Malformations (AVM) and rare disease research. This charity focuses on community involvement. Our goal is to hold a community wide event while raising critical funds for necessary medical research and public education. This 5K Run/Walk is in memory of Dwight L. Evans, former mayor of Sherrill and organizer of the first fireworks display at the gazebo. He was an avid reader and lifelong resident of Sherrill who was instrumental in securing funds and plans for the Sherrill Gazebo, a place of community events and concerts since 1989.   Dwight's grandchildren participate in running events and he was there to cheer them on at many of their races. All proceeds from the Fireworks Run will benefit the Sherrill Kenwood Library and the greater VVS Community.

Jarid was a Bryan County Sheriff’s Deputy who lost his life in the line of duty on January 14, 2020. He was in route to a 911 call when he was in a fatal car accident. Although he loved his job, he was much more than a police officer. Jarid’s greatest accomplishment was being a Daddy to two beautiful children. He loved to deer hunt, watch OU football, and had the best sense of humor. Jarid leaves behind family and friends who loved him dearly who want to always honor and remember him for the wonderful person he was. Where do proceeds go?  ● OK C.O.P.S. chapter—This organization assists family members and co-workers of fallen police officers in the state of Oklahoma with resources to help them after experiencing such a tragic loss. The Pass it Along Triathlon at Lake Mohawk Country Club is a one day event, offering USAT Sanctioned Sprint Courses and Olympic Courses.  This event is great for both first timers and intermediate/advanced athletes. Participants can register as an individual entry, or as a relay team. The event takes place at the scenic, privately owned lake community of Lake Mohawk Country Club, located in Sparta Township, New Jersey. Parking for the event is conveniently located directly across from the transition area and swim start at the Historic Lake Mohawk Country Club Clubhouse. Circa 1929, this castle-like structure is listed on the national and state registers of historic places due to its uniqueness of architecture. The course continues past the scenic Monticello Golf Course and through Riverside Gardens, showcasing some of the area's most beautiful outdoor spaces. We intend to have a chalked line throughout the course to provide a continuous course with more signs. Starting and finishing at Shelter 1 in Overlook Park, at Clinton Lake, the 7th annual Snake 10-Mile Trail Race takes its name from the winding nature of the course. The Milbridge Days 5K and Fun Run return for the annual Milbridge Days Celebration in beautiful Downeast Maine. This 3.1-mile wheel-measured course starts on the corner of Fickett's Point Road and Bay View Road. It is an out-and-back trip down Fickett's Point Road overlooking Narraguagas Bay. The Kid's Fun Run is one mile—1/2 mile up Fickett’s Point Road and back. Bold Coast Runners time the race.  All the funds raised will go to Incredible Edible Milbridge, a program of Women for Healthy Rural Living (WHRL). WHRL is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2004. Their most extensive program, Incredible Edible Milbridge, nourishes their community by growing organic vegetables in free pick-your-own gardens and educational workshops. The Chesapeake Bay Paddle benefits the Chesapeake Conservancy’s efforts to designate the Chesapeake Bay as a National Park, WaterKeepers Chesapeake to help keep the waters and rivers of the Bay healthy and Oyster Recovery Partnership’s work to plant 10 billion oysters in the Bay. 100% of the race registration amount is tax deductible as a charitable donation.
