Welcome back for round 2!  This will be a family fun run/walk to benefit local teachers, students, and schools for the upcoming school year. All proceeds will go to the Kokomo Education Foundation.  We would love to see as many kids, teachers, coaches and parents come out to Jackson Morrow on July 25th, 2026 at 8 am to support our hardworking community as they race into the 2026-2027 school year.  We will also have a table setup for school supply drop off if anyone would like to donate any school supplies.  We encourage everyone to wear their school colors or favorite school of their choice.  All finishers will receive a finisher medal.  You will also have the option to purchase a shirt at an additional cost as long as it is done by the specified date.  There may be extras on race day, but it will be first come first serve and while supplies last.  There will be awards for 1st place Adult Male and Female Runner. 1st place Adult Male and Female Walker and lastly 1st place under 18

5K and One Mile Race Entries will be accepted online until 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, July 23rd. Race day registrations will be accepted (without receiving a shirt). Early packet pickup will be available Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the information kiosk downtown at Swiss Days. Race day packet pickup starts at 7 a.m. Awards will be presented to the top 10 finishers in each division. There will be an aid station along the 5K route. Post-race refreshments will be available to all participants.  You must be registered by Sunday July 20th at 11:59pm to receive a t-shirt the day of the race.  1 Mile race is open to those age 11 and under on July 26, 2025.

Join us on the bike trails in Sherando Park for another extraordinary summer of trail racing.  This year we will be offering a 5K, 10K and 50K.    All three races will test your skill and ability but leave you wanting to do it again.  This year each participant will receive a T-shirt for each race. The Chesapeake Bay Paddle benefits the Chesapeake Conservancy’s efforts to designate the Chesapeake Bay as a National Park, WaterKeepers Chesapeake to help keep the waters and rivers of the Bay healthy and Oyster Recovery Partnership’s work to plant 10 billion oysters in the Bay. 100% of the race registration amount is tax deductible as a charitable donation. The 2026 Louisiana Watermelon Festival 5k event offers a great challenge to local runners and walkers. This course is a fast first mile downhill followed by what we like to affectionately call Watermelon Mountain at mile 2. This year, proceeds from the event will go to Willpower Foundation, Inc. This is a non-profit organization made up of volunteers in Northeast Louisiana that host events to race money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The Milbridge Days 5K and Fun Run return for the annual Milbridge Days Celebration in beautiful Downeast Maine. This 3.1-mile wheel-measured course starts on the corner of Fickett's Point Road and Bay View Road. It is an out-and-back trip down Fickett's Point Road overlooking Narraguagas Bay. The Kid's Fun Run is one mile—1/2 mile up Fickett’s Point Road and back. Bold Coast Runners time the race.  All the funds raised will go to Incredible Edible Milbridge, a program of Women for Healthy Rural Living (WHRL). WHRL is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2004. Their most extensive program, Incredible Edible Milbridge, nourishes their community by growing organic vegetables in free pick-your-own gardens and educational workshops. Join us and beat the heat this summer at our Midnight Run 5K/10K for Special Olympics. This event is presented by the Leawood Police Department, a participating agency in the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Kansas, and features a fast course through the streets of Leawood. Your participation will help raise money for Special Olympics and finishers in both the 5K and 10K Run/Walk will receive a custom finishers medal! Due to limitations on road closures, the 10K is a run only event with a one hour and 15 minute time limit.  Please don't choose the 10K if you are not able to meet the 10K limit as the roads will be reopened.

Join Epic Racing Events for the summer tradition of the New Haven 5K/10K! We also now also offer a 5K distance too!! This is the 19th year for the United Way of McPherson County Triathlon, held at McPherson Water Park and Lakeside Park in McPherson, Kansas.  Nicknamed by one racer as "The Fastest Short Course in Kansas," the United Way Triathlon starts with a 200-meter swim, followed by a 7-mile bike and finishing with a 2-mile run.   There is also a Junior Triathlon for youth with a 100-meter swim, 1 mile bike, and 1-mile run.    Registration opens at 6:30 a.m. Saturday, July 26th, 2026.

AT THE "STRONG SUGGESTION" of the City of Philadelphia Office of Risk Management we are postponing the 2026 Souper Bowl 5K due to the expected conditions at race time and the heavy exposure at the Northeast Philadelphia Airport. In keeping with the information below we have requested the July 25, 2026, race date, keeping with the opening of TRAINING CAMP. As soon as that is approved we will reopen registration. We will be starting at 8:30AM and the give away will change from a soup mug to a pint glass.   Super Football Weekend  There’s a new race, coming to Northeast Philly on the Saturday before the BIG GAME!   A 5K on a shorter version of the NorFEAST 4 Miler course, along the Northeast Philadelphia Airport bike path. AT THE "STRONG SUGGESTION" of the City of Philadelphia Office of Risk Management we are postponing the 2026 Souper Bowl 5K due to the expected conditions at race time and the heavy exposure at the Northeast Philadelphia Airport. Join us on Saturday, July 25, 2026 for the Lake Country Triathlon, one of the Midwest premiere endurance challenges. Located in the heart of beautiful Lake Country, Wisconsin. The Lake Country Triathlon offers an amazing race experience that begins with a swim in the clear waters of Lac La Belle, an incredible scenic ride through the rural glacial landscape of SE Wisconsin, and a run through the charming community of Oconomowoc.  This year is our 11th year since re-establishing the triathlon in 2015. Over the past 11 years, we've seen athletes from nearly every state, Canada, and even Europe. We are the perfect setting for the first time triathlete and provide challenging competition for the world's best elite triathletes. It’s a Wonderful Life 5K and Christmas in July FestivalJoin us on July 25th, 2026 for our It’s a Wonderful Life 5K and Christmas in July Festival! Run starts at 8 AM. The run starts and ends in Downtown Indiana, PA. Athletes registered online by June 25th, 2026 are guaranteed a race t-shirt.  T-shirts are an additional $10 on top of registration. No shows forfeit t-shirts. Each athlete participating will receive a special gift for running in our event!  We know the cause for a 5k is important to our racers and we thank you for this! Profits from the race will support the Its a Wonderful Life Parade in Downtown Indiana!

The Lake Lucerne Advancement Association Community Support Committee’s Third Annual 5K-ish Run/Walk will be on Saturday, July 26, 2025.  This year's charity, Crandon Area Rescue, is a non-profit squad that serves approximately 435 square miles, including Argonne, Crandon, Hiles, Lincoln, Nashville townships, and the City of Crandon. With four ambulances and around 20 active responders, they provide essential emergency care when needed. There is no registration fee, however a suggested donation amount of $35 requested per racer.  If you would prefer to donate a different amount, you are welcome to do so. ~~~~~ Over the past three years, this event has raised over $10,500 in direct donations from the race! In addition, we know that community and individual contributions inspired by this event have addedmore than $5,000 in extra donations to Crandon Area Rescue. That’s a huge impact! This will be a timed 5K and shirts will be provided if you sign up by the shirt deadline date The race will start and end at Helicon Brewing in Oakdale (102 Union Ave, Oakdale, PA 15071). The course will be 1.55 miles on the Panhandle trail headed towards McDonald and then back. A 1 mile family fun walk is also available but will not be a timed event. This event will have day of packet pickup. More information will be sent to all registered runners a day or two before the race. Our shirts are always a runner favorite and are soft blend unisex t-shirt that feel and look great. These shirts will say Summer Slay 5K on them.
