Connect Community Village / Bluegrass Veterans Ranch is a 20-acre, 25-home tiny house community created to support veterans transitioning from military to civilian life. This unique community provides opportunities for vocational job training, animal therapy, a working ranch environment, and peer-supported veteran programs and resources. Our mission is to equip veterans with essential life skills that lead to a purposeful, fulfilling, and productive life beyond their service. Join us for our annual UPD 5K.This race benefits Ulster Project Delaware (UPD). UPD was founded in 1976 as a program to build understanding between Northern Irish Catholic and Protestant teenagers. Each July, the project brings a group of teenagers between the ages of 14 and 16, half Catholic, half Protestant, and half girls, half boys, to the Wilmington area where they live with host teenagers and their families for four weeks. During that month, the teens participate in a variety of team building, social, sightseeing, spiritual and service activities that enable them to create enduring friendships and mutual understanding.

We invite you to be a part of something bigger than yourself. Freedom Fighters are a community of people passionate about ending human exploitation through prevention, response, and recovery. By joining the Expedition RISE Maroon Bells , YOU are a part of making someone’s freedom story possible. Together, the Maroon Bells team will train for 5 months, the team collectively will fundraise $30,000*, and trek approximately 28 miles in 2 days. Supported by experienced team leadership, you will receive resources and encouragement through your personal training and fundraising experience. Freedom Fighters will trek through the Maroon Bells - Snow Mass Wilderness in Colorado in recognition of the ability we have to RISE and make a difference in human exploitation. The team will hike from Aspen to Crested Butte on July 20th 2026, and will hike back to Aspen on July 21, 2026. Each participant is expected to raise a minimum of $1,500.  Registration is partially refundable (50%) before March 15.

All swimmers must use a buoy, and while the day is self‑supported, the club will provide on‑course nutrition and bike support to keep you moving strong. Our running event courses traverse the world-famous Copper River delta, a land of mountains, glaciers, and blue water rivers and lakes. For each distance event (except the One Mile), runners meet at race HQ and are driven on shuttle buses to the start line for their race.  The race courses are mostly flat (we're at sea level), and follow the old Copper River and Northwestern Railroad route which led to the Kennicott copper mines. We also offer a post-run Salmon BBQ lunch, get your tickets here! Lunch includes salmon, side dishes, dessert and door prizes. We'll announce race winners and distribute medals for the top three women and men finishers for each event here (at the Pioneer Igloo on First Street). The Audi Power of Four Trail Run offers runners a scenic mix of trails across the mountains of Aspen Snowmass. Registrants can choose between the 3 distances offered including 50K, 25K & 10K.

Three 5K's + One Day = The Melt Down!  This challenging event is in it's 11th year.  Three consecutive 5K's at 8:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.  Do one, two or all three races!  You can decide that day!  Races must be done in order (so no fresh runners in race #2 or race #3). Mountain bike riders, trail runners and wheelchair athletes will take on the technical dirt trails of Franke Park during the heat of the summer in the Hot Summer Singletrack. Mountain bike riders can take on the six hour challenge or settle for a more reasonable three hour ride on a seven-mile loop of the technical dirt trails of Franke Park.  Wheelchair athletes can choose to follow a challenging course of paved path and gravel road for either three or six hours. The 18th Annual Barnes Drug Store 5K Fun Run & Splash Dash will take place on July 18, 2026 at 200 South Patterson St. Valdosta, GA 31601.    All proceeds and donations will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $100,000, and all funds raised and matched will benefit Sandy's House, a local organization that holds a 12 month residential faith based program. They are located in Valdosta, Georgia, and the program is set up for women ages 18 and older who are suffering from addiction. They opened their doors on March 21, 2022 and have served women broken from alcohol and drug addiction by providing housing, education, and spiritual training to enable women to rediscover who they are in Christ. Since 2009, Barnes Drug Store has raised and donated over $1 Million for our community through our annual 5k event.
