Similar to the 5k, runners will start along the Beach trail next to the Rappahannock River — familiar terrain to those of you in the series. Crest the top, and you’re rewarded with a sense of accomplishment and a renewed stride. The later miles roll and weave through a series of undulating hills, keeping things playful and engaging all the way to the finish.
