The Going Bananas Run is the first-of-its-kind fun run where your speed can raise money for charity. Each racer receives their very own banana suit to run in as you make your way through an exciting Duluth course. You’d better split though, because after 2 minutes we release “The Gorilla.” “The Gorilla” is our inside man; boy, does he love chasing bananas. Those who beat the gorilla to the finish receive a special prize, and money will be donated to a local food shelf. Do you have what it takes to beat “The Gorilla”?In year 1 we had over 430 bananas, in year 2 we are going for over 1,000!

Welcome to the First Annual Climb the Mine Hike in Hibbing, Minnesota. This one-of-a-kind community hike begins at the Greyhound Bus Museum & through Historic Old Hibbing, where the roots of our mining town first took hold more than a century ago. From there, participants will make their way through the heart of Hibbing and gradually climb to the breathtaking overlook at the Hull-Rust-Mahoning Mine View. The 2026 Run Into the Summer 5K Run/Walk will take place at Monroe Central Jr.-Sr. High School on the Cross Country Course on May 30, 2026 beginning at 9:00AM. It will be all on grass, with the finish on the HS Track. There were 309 registered participants in 2025! All funds are being raised for the Monroe Central Athletic Training Program. These funds will help continue the Monroe Central Athletic Training Scholarship (2 @ $500), and buy new rehab and recovery equipment for the Athletic Training Program. This is the registration site for Kit's Club members to participate in Wheels on Campus! If you are not a Kit's Club member, please see the regular Spring Cycle registration site. You will receive an official Spring Cycle bib at the Hutzell Athletic Center at the University of Saint Francis. Kit's Club members can come to Wheels on Campus and start their adventure anytime between 10 AM - 11 AM. The Rock Hall Triathlons are nestled on the edge of the Eastern Shore of Maryland in picturesque Kent County and only 18 miles from Baltimore “as the fish swims” (put your bike rack on a boat!). George Washington took the Annapolis Ferry to Rock Hall nearly ten times before heading to Philly on horseback to work out America’s Independence! The swim takes place in Rock Hall Harbor on the Chesapeake Bay, protecting athletes from any serious wind or chop. The bike course is a triathlete’s dream with beautiful ribbons of pavement and wide shoulders throughout most of the rural course. The reason for this race: Miles Jacobsen is 10 years old and currently in 4th grade. His family moved to KC in 2021 when his dad was hired as the Lead Teaching Pastor at Heartland Community Church off Strang Line Rd in Olathe. Miles Jacobsen is one of the many kids in Kansas City battling a brain tumor. Days after his 9th birthday in March 2024, he was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor. After a long year of chemotherapy, Miles is now awaiting the development of more targeted therapy that will help him fight the growth of this tumor. Despite these challenges, Miles is a joyful and active kid whose positive outlook has inspired hundreds, if not thousands, of people since his diagnosis. His heart beats strong for people of all ages who are enduring their own cancer journeys, and he’s always looking to lift other people’s spirits. The Homesteader 6 is back for racers, rangers, soul riders, weekened warriors, juniors, NICA riders and local heroes. This race began as a way for Poppy’s devoted owner to give back after her puppy survived Parvo with the help of a veterinary assistance program. Get ready to celebrate the start of summer with the School to Pool Dash & Splash — a fun-filled race for kids ages 14 and under! The event kicks off with an exciting road run through the neighborhood from Van Zant School to the Woodstream Swim Club where athletes will compete in a fun swimming race. Prizes will be awarded to the top finishers in each age group, and every participant will receive a commemorative t-shirt. All non-members of the swim club are invited to stay for the rest of the day and will recieve a free day pass to the pool for one child and one adult.
