Join us for a 5K through the beautiful trails of PEA! There will be a kids fun run (for kids 12 and under), and a beautiful 5K trail run/walk through the PEA trails of Exeter. After the race, there will be music, food for purchase, raffles, t-shirts, kids' activities, refreshments, and awards for race participant winners. Save the Date - Sunday, May 17, 2026 Join us at the Keene Dillant-Hopkins Airport for the 3rd annual Keene Airport 5K to benefit The Keene Senior Center. The Runway 5K Race Map is different this year. Instead, the race begins at the Airport Terminal and continues on a tree-lined flat, fast paved road that passes through scenic wildlife filled wetlands. This course offers more protection from the wind, great for PRs (personal records). This area is highly acclaimed for its rich and varied bird watching.  In addition to being a great route for runners, the race is also walker- and stroller-friendly.  We’re also bringing plenty of excitement with great prizes, including a special random drawing for a helicopter ride. The 5th annual head and neck cancer run/walk for a cause event will be held on May 17th, 2026 at 8:30 a.m.. The event will start at Thomas Beach on Lake Bde Maka Ska. Endurance United Paddling.  Junior Paddling – get your 11-18 year olds signed up to learn more about Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP), Kayak and Canoe with exposure to all different types of watercraft. Boats, paddles and PFDs provided. Monday evenings will focus on SUP while Wednesdays will focus on a variety of boat types. Adult Canoe Racing – for those with a bit of paddling experience and an interest in learning more about racing, this is the class for you! The 5K course will be run in Olander Park (3ish loops).  The finish/start line will be located at the Nederhouser Community Hall where a brief post race club meeting will be held. This year we will be back to the usual feeding frenzy meal and refreshments! The run will be time graded with a staggered start. Slower runners will start first followed by faster runners grouped according to previous times. Theoretically, runners will finish at approximately the same time. Each runner will be required to state their best 5K time from the preceding 2 years (approximately May 2024 through May 2026). In the event you haven’t raced a 5K in the last year, figure out a pace from a previous race at any distance and convert using a standard race time conversion chart. The clock will start at 6:30 around 48 minutes and count down. Planning to run in 26 minutes?  Start at 26:00!  Planning to run in 19 minutes?  Start at 19:00! Calling all UT employees! Join us on May 20 for a community 5K walk/run to raise awareness for breast cancer and support early detection efforts. The event will follow a 3.1‑mile (5K) path at the RTP location. Whether you're onsite or remote, everyone is encouraged to participate. Remote employees can join from anywhere by choosing their own local route and walking or running alongside coworkers, family, or friends. This 5K is a great opportunity to move your body, connect with others, and show support for the many individuals and families impacted by breast cancer. Lace up your sneakers, invite your teammates, and help us bring awareness to a cause that saves lives.

Come walk run, or roll around the park anytime between 10am to 3pm to help raise awareness for trauma survivor's and their families. Add your lap to the team of your choice, bring some lunch and cheer everyone on. Prizes will be awarded to the team with the most laps and to the individual with the highest lap count, regardless of team.

The Highlands Ranch Mountain Bike (MTB) Series takes place on four Wednesdays throughout May-August. Each Wednesday night features a different route. All four races take place in our beautiful and pristine Backcountry Wilderness Area, with the first three taking place on our Highlands Point Trail System and the fourth on our Wildcat Mountain Trail System. Mountain bike racers of all abilities are welcome! All categories are for men and women. The Atlanta to Savannah Adventure Race is an exciting new endurance running event that takes participants on a scenic and challenging journey from Atlanta to Savannah, Georgia — two of the most iconic cities in the state. Rescheduled: The 4K scheduled for Thursday, May 22nd was postponed due to weather and has been rescheduled for Thursday, June 26. There are additional spots available for individual runners and corporate teams. The new registration deadline is Friday, June 20. The 4K Trail Run is the most unique race in Boston! Taking place on Cathleen Stone Island in the Boston Harbor, teams and individual runners will enjoy an afternoon and evening with their coworkers and friends. After a short ferry ride (~30 minutes) to the island, the event will kick off with a 4K race through the island and end with dinner, beer, and an on-island party. 2026 is the first year of our 3rd decade of racing!!!!.  21st year of racing on Wednesday Nights in May and June.   Thanks to all who have raced with us over the years!  If you are new to our Series of Wednesday night fun, welcome!! This is a race series for EVERYONE! As long as you have a bicycle worthy of being ridden on dirt, and can pedal it, you can do this! If you are a pro, it’s great for training. If you are new to Mountain Biking and/or Riverside State Park, it’s a great way to learn the trails and make new friends. We use the term “race” loosely. We are all about fun and keeping it simple! Come out on Wednesday Nights and ride your bike. Pedal as hard as you want or casually if you want. If pedaling casually, do keep in mind that it will eventually get dark! New course every week. Random prize drawings and cold drinks will be waiting for you at the Finish Line.

15th ANNUAL CARLISLE DOWNTOWN MILE This year we are celebrating 15 years of the Carlisle Downtown Mile with race day May 21, 2026. The Carlisle Downtown Mile is a fundraiser for Employment Skills Center that provides adult education and training. All of our programs and classes are offered without charge. Those programs range from basic literacy skills; to course work, tutoring, and testing for the high school equivalency diploma; to workforce development including nurse aide training, computer and technical training.    Awards will be given for the top three male and female finishers in each age group category. Awards will also be given to the top three finishing teams in each Team Challenge Category: Corporate, Education, Non-Profit/Government, Healthcare and Serve/Protect. In addition, there will be awards for the overall fastest female and male runners provided by Appalachian Running Company. The Force Run is a virtual 5K held in loving memory of Kyree Samuel Abraham, a joyful, courageous child who bravely battled cancer. The Sneaker Creeper was started by Dixon Valve & Coupling back in 1988, which means we are currently celebrating over 30 years of fun and fundraising! All proceeds from this event benefit our local elementary school, Henry Highland Garnet Elementary, a Title 1 School. Funds are used to support school events, assemblies and extracurricular activities through the PTA. The Lonestar Elite is a premier two-day distance running event that brings together top-tier athletes from across the United States to compete on Texas soil in the Mile, 800m, and 3200m. The 3200m races will take place on Friday evening, while the 800m and Mile races will be held on Saturday evening. The Boys Elite Mile will include a pacer to lead the field through 1200 meters. Join us in running The Home for Good 5K benefiting Adopt America Network.  Adopt America Network believes every child deserves to grow up in a family.  We connect children who wait in foster care with permanent families, providing support before, during and after the family is united. Adopt America Network was founded in 1983 by Richard K. Ransom, who also founded Hickory Farms. Mr. Ransom dedicated his life to helping children and since he established AAN, nearly 5,000 children from foster care have found homes and families through the network. AAN provides services to over 300 children and 500 families annually.

Mrs. House’s Kick Off to Summer 5K is a celebration of the life, love, and legacy of Judy House—a devoted teacher, mentor, wife, and mom whose impact stretched across classrooms, hallways, and hearts in both Lansing Public Schools and Bath. Judy taught for 25 years in Lansing and the last 3 years at Bath, where her passion for students continued to shine. She also helped coach Girls on the Run, encouraging confidence, kindness, and strength—on and off the course. While she loved to tease family members about running, Jude and her son shared many meaningful 5Ks together, supporting causes close to their hearts.  This fun, non-competitive 5K will take place on the Bath Cross Country Course and is designed to bring students, families, staff, and community members together as we kick off the start of summer. ☀️ Participation is free for all Bath students, and proceeds from event shirt sales and donations will support the Judy House Memorial Scholarship, which will be awarded annually to on

Join us for the 5th Annual Falcons Walk for Wellness on May 22nd! This 5K walk/run brings our community together to promote the importance of both mental and physical health. All funds raised from the event will go directly back to supporting our school’s mental health and wellness initiatives, including suicide prevention programs like Hope Squad. Your participation helps us continue building a supportive, healthy environment for our students. Come walk, run, and make a difference with us! Last year, we hit our goal of $2,235.00! The Fryburg Mayfest celebration kicks off on Friday, May 22, 2026, with the "Fun Run" 5K through scenic Fryburg and Marble.  The race starts and ends in front of St. Michael's church.  It is a challenging course that is sure to please, as the streets are lined with spectators to cheer you on.   Walkers welcome!
