Colorectal cancer is a leading cause of cancer death in the United States and is highly preventable through screening and early detection. March is National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month and offers us an opportunity to educate the community about prevention, early detection, and risk factors for colorectal cancer. All funds raised will be donated to the Cancer Support Community Delaware, which is a wonderful nonprofit organization that offers support groups and other programs at no cost to patients and their caregivers. They strive to ensure that all people impacted by cancer are empowered by knowledge, strengthened by action, and sustained by the community. We hope that you will join us for this fun 5K run to bring awareness to a cause that is very important to us!

Join us for a 5K Color Run in memory of Rana Mashburn to raise money for research to find a cure for the rare auto immune disorder, Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiosios (HLH).  Many times during her treatment Rana said, "Save the next one!"  100% of race registration fees are sent to Cincinnati Children's hospital in Rana's name to make her wish come true and find a cure for HLH.

Time to run the Apple Run 5K on Saturday, March 28, 2026 hosted by Bowdon Kiwanis. The event is chipped timed and loads of fun from the start and finish! On Saturday, March 28, 2026, Charlotte Speech and Hearing Center will host its 7th annual Communication Counts 5k timed race, fun run (untimed), and kids dash at McAlpine Creek Park in Charlotte. We will also be bringing back our virtual race option. These events raise critical funds that provide access to superior speech-language and hearing services that empower and transform lives to anyone in need in our community. Timed 5k participants will receive a timing bib for official race results, race t-shirt, and finisher medal. St Joe's Jog benefits the students of St. Joseph Catholic Parish School.  The race offers an In Person 5K, and In Person Fun Run and a Virtual 5K.

The TRI GULF COAST Youth Multisport events are 100% volunteer driven.   We rely on over 80 volunteers for each race to put on a safe and fun event for the youth athletes.  We are very appreciative of our volunteers and consider the volunteers the reason that the events are so successful.   We spoil our volunteers with various appreciation gifts as well as coffee and goodies during the race.

Run the Archer Braid Trail!We’re heading back to the southwest — Southwest Alachua County, that is! The Archer Braid 5K & 10K returns this spring, inviting runners of all levels to enjoy a flat, fast course along one of Gainesville’s most scenic paved trails. The race begins at 8 a.m. at the Archer Braid Trailhead in Archer, with both distances following a smooth out-and-back route through quiet countryside. Dodging cow patties as you run through cow pasture, into a trail system, along a river, navigate through a wooded section and back to the finish through a big open field. We want to make this a fun gathering of families and friends for years to come. Come and run, hangout, get outside with us for the first year of this race and lets make some fun memories together. Join us for our annual Awareness Walk for CDH! This year's walk will take place at the USFS campus.  Enjoy a festival featuring kids' activities, raffles, and food trucks, culminating in a 1-mile loop walk passing JHACH at the halfway point.
