The 15th Annual InFirst Bank Veteran's Marathon, Half Marathon, and Marathon Relay races will be held on the beautiful Ghost Town Trail near Indiana, Pennsylvania on Sunday, November 1, 2026. The marathon is a certified Boston qualifier. All proceeds from the race go to support veterans in Western Pennsylvania through the Western Pennsylvania Veterans Relief Fund, a 501c3.  Monies from the race will be used to support the needs of veterans in our communities.  The race is hosted by the Indiana Road Runners Club. While we cannot predict the guidelines and protocols that will be in effect or necessary at the time of the race, please know that we will abide by local and state regulations and are committed to providing racers, spectators and volunteers with a safe event.

2026 Optimism Cal Tri Newport Dunes - 11.1.26. Started in 1978 as the Human Race Triathlon, Cal Tri Newport Dunes is the longest running triathlon in the world operating from the same location. Also started in 1978 was the Ironman World Championship Triathlon Oahu but it moved to Kailua-Kona, Hawaii in 1981. 38th Annual Prospect Park Fall Duathlon

Race Start Time and Location: Here we are at the last race of our 2026 season! On 11/1, we are back in Brooklyn one last time for our Prospect Park Fall Duathlon! This is the perfect way to end our 2026 season with beautiful Fall weather and foliage throughout the park. As is tradition, we will have our post race BBQ as well, so bring your appetite. Just like our April edition of the race, you are running the entire outer loop of the park in your 2nd run, all 3.3 miles with 140ft elevation gain! Here is what you can expect on race day. At 7:30 am the race will start in Lincoln Field by the triangle grass area by the Well House Dr (E Lake Dr and Lincoln Rd entrance). Run #1 beginning at 7:30 am is a fast loop around the park’s inner circle. Athletes will set out along East Dr and make a left through Center Dr, where you will cut across the park, exiting west side. With little gain in elevation you’ll head around Prospect Park Lake where you will pick up speed as you head in for the bike

This chip timed 10k starts and finishes at the Putnam County Junior High School located at 13183 N 350th Ave, McNabb, IL 61335. It is an out and back 10k on nicely paved county roads surrounded by beautiful country scenery. It is possible to see deer, turkey, and eagles while running. The course is a mix of hills and flat areas. Water stations will be available on the course. Strollers and walkers welcome, but please no headphones. There will be volunteers at each mile marker and intersection for traffic control, but the course will be open to local traffic. Emergency crew coverage available. There is a two-hour time limit on the course. Post-race food and beverages provided. Race sweatshirt guaranteed to all participants who are pre-registered by October 11th, 2026. Ocotillo Trail Endurance Challenge

We are so excited to be back for our second year!  Located in the beautiful Southwestern Chihuahuan Desert, this race takes you through the canyon south of the Living Desert Zoo & Gardens on State Park and city land. Open to runners, hikers, ruckers, and walkers, you can participate in 1 of 3 challenges: 1 hour, 4 hour, or 8 hour challenge. Participants will have their selected time frame to complete as many 2-mile trail loops (out-and-back) as possible or desired. Carlsbad Roadrunners will provide support including 2 aid stations; 1 at the half-way point, and 1 at the bottom of the hill. If you have been wanting to attempt a longer distance, or even complete an ultra, this event is for you! During the winter months, these veterans face extreme cold out in the elements and have no where to turn for support and a hot meal. The Feed a Veteran 5K on Saturday, November 7, 2026 is a fun 3.1 mile road race on an enclosure golf car path of Old Hickory Golf Course in Woodbridge, VA. The race is organized with community partners to raise money and provide hot food and winter survival kits for the homeless veterans in DC and provide suicide prevention programs for veterans. What makes this race incredibly unique is that after the race, all participants and volunteers will have the opportunity to assemble sandwiches and soup that will be delivered to these homeless veterans the afternoon after the race!
