Quarry Shack 5 Miler 6th Annual October 31, 2026   This Year's Race Will Be On HALLOWEEN!!!!!   INTRO: Come relieve history while running Ghosttown Trail's first ever nighttime race now in its 6th year that brings fun and excitement to all who partake. This 5 mile race will be held on the Rexis Branch, this race is currently the only standalone race held on this section. You will start right past the closed gate next to the old train at the Rexis trailhead. From there you will run 2.5 miles out then turn around about a tenth of a mile after the Red Mill Bridge you cross over on the trail, coming back to where you started. It's a completely closed course. There are no road crossings or any intersections you have to worry about. Its a straight out and back in the dark on a beautiful section of trail. This means you will required to have some sort of light for you to see while running. It's a great chance to have some safe fun near Halloween while running in the dark. If y

The Traverse City Track Club Zombie Run is a Halloween tradition! Over the years we’ve seen zombies from all walks of life, or should we say death. Who or what will show up this year? The Alger Heights Halloween 5k is a volunteer led, neighborhood focused 5k fun run. We are a 'small town in a big city' event that seeks to include all individuals and support the betterment of our local community.  From runners seeking their next PR to walkers in costumes all 5k participants are chip timed as the run through the scenic Alger Heights neighborhood during peak fall colors.  We are excited to be back for 2026 with our 14th edition on Saturday October 31st and invite you to come run, jog, walk, or stroll in your best costume! A relatively new event to close out the Steamboat Springs Running Series season, bringing people of all ages together to celebrate Halloween in a safe, sober and fun way. The Foundry Treatment Center provides an opportunity for lasting recovery through an integrative body, mind and spirit treatment program. Comfortably located in the majestic Rocky Mountains of Steamboat Springs, The Foundry provides a safe and natural setting that encourages instinctive growth for the individual as they forge a new life in their own vision. Javelina Jundred Charity Bibs Charity bibs for 100mi and 100K distances!  Javelina Jundred, presented by HOKA, is set for Jalloween weekend, October 31- November 1, 2026, at the Four Peaks Staging Area in McDowell Mountain Regional Park, north of Fountain Hills, Arizona. The 100 Mile route comprises one 22.3 mile loop, featuring the Escondido Trail on the far East Side of the park, and four 19.45 mile loops on the popular Pemberton, Shallmo, and Cinch Trails. For the 100 Kilometer option, participants will cover the same course, completing the first three loops of the 100 Mile course. Additionally, the 100 Miler stands as a 2027 Western States 100 Mile Endurance Run Qualifier and a Golden Ticket Race for the top two in each of the women’s and men’s division. Come celebrate Día De Los Muertos (Day Of The Dead) and run a 5k race.    5k run/walk starts 9am on Saturday October 31st, 2026. All levels are welcome, it is a fully paved path, strollers are welcome. Packet Pick up is Saturday October 31st 7am-8:45am at North Natomas Regional Park (Same location as the race). All participants will receive a t-shirt and sticker with registration, top 3 in each age group and top 3 over all in male and female categories will receive ribbons.   The race will be held at North Natomas Regional Park, it is a flat course held on the sidewalk which is a loop around the entire park. The Syracuse Parks Conservancy joins the Syracuse Parks Department to bring you Syrathon 2026!  SYRATHON brings together 8 established road races, all based in the City of Syracuse and spaced throughout the calendar year, into this unique road race series! Syrathon’s eight race routes showcase Syracuse’s incredible and historic parks systems as participants journey through a number of wonderful city neighborhoods. Since 2009, the Series has encouraged, for both beginners and seasoned runners, healthful physical activity year-round while promoting the sights and sounds of city life!    The Syrathon Series Challenge again will challenge registered participants to accumulate at least 26.2 race miles over the course of the Series. Be a part of our charity race through the historic district of Longwood. All proceeds will benefit the preservation of our historic landmarks in Longwood through the Longwood Historic Society. The society maintains three buildings within the district, built in the 1870s and 1880s. We need your help to raise money for the continued restoration and preservation necessary to keep them around for another generation! The race will begin and end at the Historic Civic Center in downtown Longwood's historic district. It will be a fun, family-friendly, and Halloween-themed event. The Nailed It! Pumpkin Run 5K and 1-Mile FUN Walk will be at Harmon Park in Kernersville on Saturday, October 31, 2026.  Registration starts at 3:00 pm, the 1-mile Fun Walk at 3:30 pm, and the race begins at 4:00 pm.  This family-friendly event encourages participants to have fun, be creative, and dress up in costumes.  Costumes are encouraged but not required.  Prizes will be awarded to the best male/female costume, best kids under 12 costumes, best dog costume, and best group collaboration.  The 5k and 1-mile FUN walk will start and finish at Harmon Park located in downtown Kernersville.   A portion of the proceeds will benefit Kernersville Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit established in 1999, dedicated to providing financial support to organizations that serve the Kernersville community.  By bridging funding gaps, the Foundation helps these non-profits enhance their service delivery.  Manages by a volunteer Board of Directors, 100% of donations go directly to local organizations an
