Foundations For Hope 5K- October 31, 2026  8am-10am Chipped Time Event Run or Walk 5K Fun For All Jerry Can 5K Relay- will be a (3) person relay with both men's teams and women's teams welcome. Each team will run/walk the 5K with a Jerry can provided by Foundations 4 Hope. The Jerry can will be filled with 5 Gallons (42lbs) of water for men teams and 3 Gallons (25lbs) of water for women teams. Time results end when the last person of each team crosses the finish line. Each team will sign up for the race as single entry but will be responsible for forming their own (3) person teams. Get You In Shape is pleased to host the 17th Annual Coppell Special Olympics 5K on October 31st 2026. It will be at Andy Brown East Park in Coppell, and will have a 1 mile Fun Run as well as a 5K. The proceeds from the race benefit Coppell Special Olympics Teams. Coppell Special Olympics receives 90% of their funding from this one event. This financial support helps to provide letter jackets, uniforms, equipment and event fees.

The Syracuse Parks Conservancy joins the Syracuse Parks Department to bring you Syrathon 2026!  SYRATHON brings together 8 established road races, all based in the City of Syracuse and spaced throughout the calendar year, into this unique road race series! Syrathon’s eight race routes showcase Syracuse’s incredible and historic parks systems as participants journey through a number of wonderful city neighborhoods. The Rockland Road Runners To Infinity & Beyond Halloween 5K will be a fun event for kids and adults. The money raised will go to the Jordyn Seiden Memorial Fund which will benefit kids who struggle with mental illness and intellectual developmental issues. Race day fun begins at 8:30 AM and includes a Kids Fun Run (separate from 5K), face painting, a pumpkin patch, apple cider, and more.⁣ ⁣We encourage you to arrive early so you, your kids, family, and friends can ALL enjoy all the Halloween-themed activities. Plan to be there by 8:30 AM so you don’t miss the Monster Mash warm-up and the East Ramapo Marching Band kicking off the event at 8:45 AM with a march-in to Michael Jackson’s “Thriller.” Registration for the 5k for kids 0 to 9 is free, and for children 10 to 18 will be discounted to $30.

St. Michael's School annual Turkey Trot. The Nailed It!
