2026 brings in our 12th year of our 5K Honor Run/Walk and 10K Road Race - the only Road Race in La Crosse County - to honor those we may have lost to addiction, who are struggling in active addiction or those that are thriving in recovery! This is a fun and unique local trail running event with combined wide trails and single-track trails for all skill levels.  Your choice of three trail events. 1.) 5k trail walk/ run (1 lap) wide gravel and grass trails 2.) 10k trail run (1 lap) wide grass gravel along with dirt single track no major water crossings. 3.) VA Momentum and JMU Valor have teamed up to bring back a meaningful 5K on campus at James Madison University to commemorate September 11th and honor student heroes. Harrisonburg community members and JMU students, faculty + staff are all invited to a unifying event open to all skill levels of walkers and runners. Join us for the Highline Half Marathon - The Race for Fallen Lineman. This race will take you around Lake Koronis in Paynesville, MN. The challenging course will test your endurance with many hills, but the beauty along the course will keep you going. Closter's Dom Mircovich Memorial 5K - 45th Annual & Jim O'Halloran Kids Fun Run Now in its 45th year, the 5k and Fun Run events will be held on its traditional Sunday of Labor Day weekend. For the year 2026, we will be doing the Paterson Great Falls 5k Race Run/walk the distance on the official Paterson Great Falls 5k course. Post a picture of your run to Facebook or Instagram using #patersongreatfalls5k. Paterson Great Falls 5k is a 3.1 mile race is for both the serious athlete looking for a PR or an individual looking for a fun experience with family and friends on Labor Day. This race will take you through the historic sites of Paterson. The race will start alongside the Paterson Great Falls, run alongside the Lou Costello statue, run past the Paterson Museum, run past Hinchliffe Stadium, pass Veteran's Park, run in Pennington Park and back to the Paterson Great Falls towards the finish line.  Same Day registration and packet pick up starts at 7am at the Paterson Museum. Join us for a Boston-qualifying Marathon and Half Marathon through the scenic lake-side village of Sackets Harbor and the surrounding area. This is an out-and-back course with the START and FINISH of both races on Pike Road along the Madison Barracks Polo Field in Sackets Harbor, NY. You will enjoy several miles along Lake Ontario before heading out to some beautiful country roads. Because the views along the lake are so awesome, you will run lake-side again, through the village, with a magnificent finish back at the Polo Field.

One of Tulsa's oldest Trail races - dating way back to 2004!  A Labor Day tradition. Two race distances to choose from - a challenging 5 mile course or the shorter and less technical 2 mile course.  Both races start and finish at the lower parking lot of Turkey Mountain.  All entrants will receive a race t-shirt as well as a finisher medal for each race.  Escape is the THIRD (and final) race in our annual year long series of trail races at Turkey Mountain - called the "Turkey Triple."
