Loons Pennant Race – August 14 Fly through the finish line, then stick around to catch a Great Lakes Loons baseball game! The Loons Pennant Race is an unforgettable summer night at Dow Diamond. The annual Marland Heights Classic takes place on Friday, August 14th, 2026, at Marland Heights Park. A 5K Run, 2-Mile Walk and Kids Fun Run is available for participants. Registration for all events includes a t-shirt. Race day registration and pick-up begin at 5:30pm. The Watermelon Wobbler is a fun 5k trail run/walk/hike through scenic Wrentham conservation land and White Barn Farm property and is the second race in the Farm to Trail 5K Series!  It is open to all ages and skill levels.  The Watermelon Wobbler comes around in the thick of summer, when the days are long and the fun never ends! Our Peak Summer event celebrates just that - summa-summa-summa-time!  The course is thick and green and maybe a little dusty!  This event celebrates and supports the sustainability of local agriculture and land management by funding our mission to preserve open land and food security for our communities.  COURSE TERRAIN This is an off-road trail race. Course terrain includes dirt and/or gravel paths, rocks, roots, and inclines and declines in elevation.  It's a fun course that we think you will really enjoy! The 4th annual Julia's 3 v 3 Soccer Jamboree will take place on the Belchertown State Street Fields on Saturday, August 15th with a rain date of Sunday, August 16th.   Funds raised from the jamboree will benefit the Julia Haynes Scholarship Fund in memory of Julia, who lost her courageous battle with brain cancer in March 2023.     More details about the August  jamboree: Date and location:  Saturday, 8/15/26 with a raindate of 8/16/26.  Belchertown State Street Fields (across from Dunkin Donuts on State Street in Belchertown) Registration:  Team registration will open on 6/6 and close on 7/25. Fast Fitty is a classic gravel road race. While traversing Eaton and Barry counties, you’ll race along Lacey Lake and several country scenes on approximately 95% unpaved roads.  You may choose from our 54, 36 or 19 mile routes, all are single loops.  All post race proceeds donated to the House of Promise (Lansing, MI) for human trafficking victim rehabilitation.

The Bay to Beacon is a race in Harrisville, Michigan including distances from kids 1 miler up to half marathon. Our event is non-profit and is proud to support three local charities: the Friends of Negwegon State Park, The Alcona Historical Society, and The Sunset Project. The race has a fast and flat course in northeastern Michigan; with a beautiful view to match, the course starts and ends in two state parks (Negwegon State Park and Sturgeon Point State Park). Ready to take on the BINGO Run challenge? This race is a backyard-style event with a fun twist and a definite finish. The goal is simple: earn bingo and have the fastest lap time to wrap up your race. Each 2.6+ mile lap you complete in the 28 minutes or less you get to draw a bingo ball. Then, it’s back out with the group for the next loop. Loops will go off every 28 minutes. If you don’t complete your bingo by the 4th or 8th lap, you'll earn the infamous DNB (Did Not Bingo) status, but don’t worry, you’ll still get a time, distance, and competitor Woodle. Welcome to the first Red Lodge mountain bike race in ten years! Rough Cut Trailfest, based out of Red Lodge Mountain and venturing onto surrounding trails in the Custer Gallatin National Forest, will host three distances, include camping, family activities along with Red Lodge Mountains activities open to the public including disc golf, hiking and scenic lift rides.    Course Descriptions 25 Mile - Begins and ends at Red Lodge Mountain. Start with a single track loop at RLM, then make your way through a single track descent through Custer-Gallatin National Forest on singletrack, doubletrack, and a brief paved section. You'll know how Rough Cut became the name.  Red Lodge is known for keeping singletrack exactly what it is and our trails are hand built. Join us for the second annual Telemark Sprint Triathlon in Cable, Wisconsin on the morning of Saturday, August 15th, 2026. There will be a 750 meter swim in beautiful Perry Lake, twelve mile bike ride through a scenic route around Takodah Lake, and a 5 K run around the Telemark property. The race will finish at the future home of the Telemark Activity Center, an aquatic and fitness facility being planned by the Telemark Northwoods Community Foundation, who is raising funds for the project with this event. Racers will start their swim at 9:15 a.m. (ages 49 and below), 9:18 a.m. (50 to 69) and 9:21 a.m. (70 and up).    Date: Saturday, August 15th, 2026.  Events: Sprint Triathlon (regular and relay, starting with swim).
