The Milbridge Days 5K and Fun Run return for the annual Milbridge Days Celebration in beautiful Downeast Maine. This 3.1-mile wheel-measured course starts on the corner of Fickett's Point Road and Bay View Road. It is an out-and-back trip down Fickett's Point Road overlooking Narraguagas Bay. The Kid's Fun Run is one mile—1/2 mile up Fickett’s Point Road and back. Bold Coast Runners time the race.  All the funds raised will go to Incredible Edible Milbridge, a program of Women for Healthy Rural Living (WHRL). WHRL is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2004. Their most extensive program, Incredible Edible Milbridge, nourishes their community by growing organic vegetables in free pick-your-own gardens and educational workshops. The Chesapeake Bay Paddle benefits the Chesapeake Conservancy’s efforts to designate the Chesapeake Bay as a National Park, WaterKeepers Chesapeake to help keep the waters and rivers of the Bay healthy and Oyster Recovery Partnership’s work to plant 10 billion oysters in the Bay. 100% of the race registration amount is tax deductible as a charitable donation. First Responders "Bring in the Backup" Triathlon represents all branches of the Military, Firefighters, Nurses, EMS, Dispatchers, Corrections, and Law Enforcement. The First Responders will lead off the race, followed by all other race participants as 'backup' to support the First Responders. 🎉 2026 will mark the 20th Anniversary of the Burning River Endurance Runs & Relay – an exciting 100M, 50M, and Marathon solo run and 100M relay in Northeast Ohio. The race travels through several of the region's most scenic areas, including the Cuyahoga Valley National Park and the Summit Metro Parks.

The Kevin Peck Memorial Run was established in honor of Kevin Peck, a 1998 graduate of Northwest High School who was tragically killed in December of 2011.  Kevin was a state qualifying track and cross country runner.  His untimely death was a tragedy to all who knew him.  In his memory, the Kevin Peck Perseverance Award Scholarship was created. Kevin often lamented that the hardest step of running was the first.  He held the belief that hard work would pay off, and once he got going, eventually he would reach his goal if he kept working. The Kevin Peck Perseverance Award is presented to a Northwest High School Cross Country or Distance Track senior athlete whose performance dramatically improved from their first season running through their last.  This does not necessarily mean the fastest runner or MVP.  It is the athlete who reflects the determination, focus and drive that Kevin had to persevere, and become the outstanding runner that he was.  To help support this award and the Nort

The Great Jones County 5K Fair Race – “Race Around the Fair”Get ready to run, explore, and celebrate! The Great Jones County 5K Fair Race, held in collaboration with Monticello Parks and Recreation, offers a one-of-a-kind route that winds around the fairgrounds, past the livestock barns, and along the track, giving runners an early morning's taste of fair excitement. The course continues past the scenic Monticello Golf Course and through Riverside Gardens, showcasing some of the area's most beautiful outdoor spaces. We intend to have a chalked line throughout the course to provide a continuous course with more signs. 7.3 Mile and 3.3 Mile Night Trail Race Hit the trails with Team Summit for a fast and challenging night race through Little Mulberry Park this July. This is the Summer companion race for our December Summit Showdown! Register for both for a discount. -8PM start for the 7.3 mile race-8:30PM start for the 3.3 mile race*Course closes at 10PM.
