Keep on Living: Move for Hope Virtual – Feb – Row to Resilience - 1K • 5K • 10K • Half Marathon Run

Miami, FL
KEEP ON LIVING: MOVE FOR HOPE- Feb Theme – Row to Resilience  -1K • 5K • 10K • Half Marathon RunA virtual or live event you can complete anytime, anywhere! To move forward in a boat, you do not rush. You pull—again and again—through resistance. The water does not part easily. Each stroke asks for focus, balance, and trust in your own strength.Progress comes quietly, earned through repetition and resolve. There are moments when the current feels heavy, when your arms burn, when stopping would be easier than continuing. And still—you row. Like life, this journey is not about speed. It is about persistence.About meeting resistance and choosing to move anyway. This race reminds participants that resilience is built one steady stroke at a time—that strength grows through effort, and that even against the current, you can keep moving forward. Celebrate life, raise awareness, and support a meaningful cause — on your own terms. Move for Hope is perfect whether you run, walk, bike, hike, or use a tread

The oak stands nearby, rooted and steady. It does not rush to grow.It weathers storms, holds memory in its rings, and remains—long after softer things have passed. Like the cardinal and the oak, love endures through time and trial. It connects us.It steadies us.It reminds us that we do not stand alone. This race invites participants to honor the bonds that sustain them—to move with gratitude,to carry love forward, and to draw strength from the connections that keep the heart standing.
