The Danville-Pittsylvania Cancer Association, Visit SoSi, The Danville Running and Fitness Club, and Danville Parks & Recreation is pleased to announce the 17th Annual Bridge2Bridge 5K Walk, 5K Run, 10K Run, Kids Fun Run, and a Half Marathon. Virtual options are also available. Since our inception, Bridge2Bridge Danville has raised over $1,140,000 which benefits cancer patients within Danville and Pittsylvania County. In 2025, over 1000 individuals participated in this event which allowed Danville-Pittsylvania Cancer to help many local cancer patients with medications, wigs, travel expenses and more. Danville-Pittsylvania Cancer is a local 501(c)(3) charitable organization that provides assistance to cancer patients by providing travel reimbursement, prescriptions, nutrition, medical supplies and equipment, prostheses, and wigs, as well as emotional, and educational support.

Welcome to our 20th Annual Half Marathon Unplugged that runs along the Burlington Greenway (bike path), which is adjacent to Lake Champlain with the Adirondacks in the distance. You won’t see 25,000 spectators or hear bands along the way, like with the M&T Bank Vermont City Marathon & Relay, but you WILL experience a scenic, very flat, half marathon race, with some fun frills along the way and especially at the finish festival. It's fun frills, no hills! This is a perfect 'training race' for those running the M&T Bank Vermont City Marathon on May 24th. The race course is point-to-point, starting at Airport Park in Colchester and finishing near Switchback Brewing on Flynn Avenue in Burlington. There will be three water stations along the course and at the finish, as well as a post-race party at Switchback.

Welcome to the HTC Quarter Marathon.   The quarter marathon distance is rare for weekend races. The Hartford Track Club Quarter Marathon will be held at the West Hartford Reservoir #4 on a well-marked paved course winding through the park.  Runners run two 3.275 mile loops to complete the 6.55 mile quarter marathon distance. Awards will be given to the top three runners in each age group category. This race is great training for those major spring events or just fun to try a unique distance.
