Whether you're a seasoned walker or just looking for a great day out, join us to celebrate health, honor survivors, and remember loved ones affected by breast cancer. Lace up your sneakers for a day filled with music, activities, and camaraderie beside our sisters in hope, faith, and love. Every dollar raised through Sisters in Hope stays in East Texas and directly supports the Ross Breast Center, providing mammograms, diagnostics, and treatment for women who otherwise could not afford care. Among other things, we are a refugee resettlement agency, meaning we have a contract with the Department of State to directly receive and place refugees in our community. In partnership with Church World Service, we resettle individuals and families from all over the world. The Race for ChildRUN is a fundraiser for The Children's Center located on the SUNY Morrisville Campus.  It's a family friendly event that offers a challenging 5K race option with a fun 1 Mile run/walk option for participants of all ages.  The event is sponsored by local businesses and all proceeds benefit the child care tuition scholarships at The Center.  Event begins at 8:30 am with registration open at 8 am.  Runners will receive an entry number, free t-shirt and refreshments.  Awards are presented to the top finishers in all age groups and an overall winners.   The Children's Center is Madison County's only licensed and nationally accredited Early Care and Learning Program.  The Center offers programming that stimulates the minds of young children while building a foundation of learning through play.

Join the Tufts Medical community for the second annual run/walk at Pine Banks Park in Melrose, MA to kick off breast cancer awareness month! Every year, approx 1 in 8 women in the US will be diagnosed with breast cancer, making it one of the most common cancers affecting women worldwide. At Tufts Medical Center, we are committed to providing the most innovative care to those patients facing this diagnosis. This race aims to raise awareness and show support to the patients, family and friends that have been impacted by breast cancer.

The mission of the Dolphin Dash is to reduce or eliminate athletic, marching band and color guard user fees for Dennis-Yarmouth High School Students. A committee of dedicated volunteers is working diligently to organize the DOLPHIN DASH 5K ROAD RACE to raise money for the purpose of eliminating high school student user fees.  We would also like to use this unique opportunity to showcase and celebrate the Dennis-Yarmouth school community and the great things happening in all of our schools.  We want this to become an annual D-Y DAY & Showcase Celebration. The Dolphin Dash is part of the Cape Cod Foundation which is a licensed 501c3.

We offer support in the form of comfort baskets, comfort bags, gowns, photography, cards, support group, events, and more. This is a family-oriented event for all ages and the course is mostly flat with one small incline near the finish line.  There is a 5K course for runners/walkers and a 1 Mile course for both runners and walkers.  Each race starts and ends at St. Patrick School and each event will be timed. Jack's Jog is inspired by a sweet baby boy named Jack and his mom's desire to keep his memory alive.  On January 27th, 2020, a routine 20 week ultrasound turned the world upside down for Jack's parents, Brad and Jamie.  Expectations that their third baby was perfect and healthy turned into devastation and fear.  Their baby was not perfect and healthy.  There were several significant findings on the ultrasound indicating that their baby had a life-threatening condition and would need further evaluation.   Four days later, Brad and Jamie spent an entire day at a higher level of care where they met with several specialists, had more in-depth ultrasounds and lab work that would diagnose their baby's condition.  Results of the tests would take several days but Brad and Jamie were warned that whatever the result was, it was fatal.  Their baby would not survive.   Three days later, Brad and Jamie received a phone call with their baby's diagnosis-triploidy.  He had an entir

The Rehab Rover Canicross and Trail Race, powered by Veterinary Rehabilitation Services of Virginia and Harness Canicular LLC, presents the 3rd Annual Canicross race in the Commonwealth of Virginia! The Veterinary Rehabilitation Services of Virginia campus is a working equine rehabilitation facility that provides a peaceful environment for running, walking, or hiking. SWIM: 1000 Meters (Lake)BIKE: 21 MilesRUN: 6 Kilometers The Dam Tri moves into its 16th season in 2025. Voted the athlete's favorite several years during its existence, this Sprinternational distance event provides a longer distance than your typical sprint tri but doesn't expect quite as much from you as the international distance. The entire triathlon incorporates segments of the Lake Murray Dam. Starting with the 1000 meter lake swim, athletes will be comfortable with or without wetsuits as water temperature will be around 73 degrees. The swim is one large triangle starting alongside the massive spillway of the dam. Once out of the water it is a quick dash to transition and onto the 2 loop mostly flat to rolling bike course. Athletes get to cycle over the dam 4 times and experience the amazing views from atop this monumental structure. Race information: Join the Friends of Caledon Race series with the Howlin Coyote, a non-profit event allowing runners to enjoy a challenging race with varying terrain. This is a dog friendly race and your leashed furry running partner can run along side you as part of your paid registration. All dogs should be kept on a leash no longer than 6ft. The Jamboree Jog 5K will be held on Saturday, Oct. 3, 2026 at 9 a.m. in conjunction with Drumright's 54th Annual Oilpatch Jamboree. The Jamboree Jog is a favorite of many area athletes. From the tough start at Tiger Hill to the fast finish by the old Drumright High School, the Jamboree Jog is fun for everyone. The Jamboree Jog is a USA Track & Field sanctioned event.

Fineview Citizens Council is hosting its 30th Annual Urban Step & Trail Challenge on Saturday, October 4, 2025. Participants will ascend Fineview’s hills, streets, and staircases. Among the steps are Pittsburgh’s STEEPEST stair set (371 steps) on Rising Main Avenue, which is the equivalent of a 17-story building! The course covers 12 public staircases for a total of over 1,600 steps and provides breathtaking views along the way. All proceeds from the event will benefit our programming related to community beautification, preserving affordability, and events.

Join us for the 3rd annual Steps to Safety 5K Fun Run/Walk, an empowering event dedicated to raising awareness and supporting the fight against domestic violence. Organized by The Center for Child and Family Advocacy, Inc. in collaboration with the Fulton County Domestic Violence Task Force, this event is a cornerstone of Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Whether you're running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, your participation helps shine a light on the importance of safety, support, and advocacy for survivors of domestic violence.
