The Old Saybrook - Westbrook Exchange Club and the Greater Old Saybrook Chamber partner together annually to raise money for The Exchange Clubs A.C.E. (Accepting the Challenge of Excellence) Award and the Greater Old Saybrook Chamber C. Wilfred Hunter Memorial Scholarship for deserving college bound seniors from Old Saybrook and Westbrook High Schools. Join us for our first ever Woodburn Fall Event 5k run/walk. The 5k course runs through Woodburn's pastoral rural surroundings and proceeds through its quaint downtown. Giant redwoods dominate the landscape in our Santa Cruz Trail Run. Aside from coiling single-track that opens up to expansive roads and paths–and even sand–participants will enjoy the ocean breezes pouring in from the Santa Cruz coast. The Tree Trail Trot Race is a beautiful trail run experience on the gently rolling, wooded trails of Salamonie Lake, one of Indiana's Department of Natural Resources State Parks. This 5k race begins and ends at the Wildlife Management Pond located near the modern Campgroup at the Lost Bridge West State Recreation Area. New for this year, it will be a chip timed event! This race is made possible through the Friends of the Upper Wabash Interpretive Services, Inc. A Pancake Breakfast will be served free for participants and a suggested free will donation to the public. Freshly picked sweet corn will be available for purchase during the event. All proceeds of this event go into the Friends of the Upper Wabash Interpretive services to support events, education, and the Interpretive Center.

This event is being held to benefit LIV's Promise; a nonprofit organization created to fight childhood cancer. Our daughter, Olivia, was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma at 9 months old. She's a fighter and we are fighting alongside her. Proceeds from this event will go directly towards families and children who are battling an early cancer diagnosis. The event will be a 5k or 5-mile foot race. Athletes have the opportunity to run with OR without a Rucksack.

The KMC Sage City Classic is a cycling road race held in Monticello, Illinois, featuring a scenic course through Piatt County. The event is designed to accommodate both competitive and recreational riders, offering smooth pavement, open terrain, and an enjoyable road racing experience in central Illinois. This race will be held on Saturday, August 22 with two distance options. The 50K is intended to be a more laid-back race, ideal for riders newer to road racing or those looking for a shorter, less intense event. The 100K is a more competitive race that emphasizes endurance, pack riding, and race strategy. World Relief Durham serves refugees and other immigrants who have settled in the U.S. through a variety of programs. This will be a chip-timed event with instant and online results.  The registration fee includes a t-shirt. One per registrant. Youth and adult sizes are offered. Deadline to register for $25 & receive t-shirt is July 28th at 11:59pm CDT. We cannot guarantee extra T shirts for registrations after July 28th. Any extra shirts will be available after the race at the registration area. Registration fee will increase to $32 after July 28th at 11:59pm. CORE of McLean, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, is holding our annual 6.6k (4.1-mile) run/walk to benefit the community of McLean, IL. This point-to-point 6.6k/4.1-mile run/walk starts in Funks Grove (shuttle service is provided from McLean to Funks Grove), with participants running or walking on the Mother Road herself to our new park under the old water tower in McLean, which was funded by previous proceeds from this event. This race has become a much-anticipated must-do for many—join us in having a great time raising money for our community!

Join us for the third annual Lake Life 8K race being held during Summerfest at Hamilton Lake! The race will begin at the Fish Creek Trail head and will take runners and walkers through the beautiful trail that runs next to Fish Creek. This is a flat crushed gravel type surface. The course will then lead runners into the Acres Land Trust grounds where they will get some true trail and grassy field running before heading back to run on the other side of the creek.
