Come walk or run our 6th Annual 5K Trail Run as you support Heart of Tioga Pregnancy and Parenting Support! Note: This trail is NOT stroller friendly! Online Registration is  open until August 14th and is $25/person or $60 for a household family. Join us for the 4th annual Kenmore Quad event, presented by the City of Kenmore! Event takes place Saturday August 22nd from 9am - noon. This unique event takes the traditional triathlon to the next level with an added paddling component (kayak or SUP). Limited watercraft rentals are available while supplies last. Take on this challenge solo or enlist a group of friends (up to 4 participants in a relay) to enjoy the scenic Kenmore waterfront.  This event is not timed so just relax and have fun in this non-competitive community activity. Breakthrough for Brain Tumors 5K (BT5K) Run & Walk events, are moving to more flexible programming, where anyone, anywhere can participate. This customizable fundraising event allows the ABTA to focus on the health and safety of the brain tumor community and meet local city and state guidelines due the impact of the coronavirus. Personalized participation in the 5K events help raise necessary funds to support brain tumor research and patient programs and services.

This race is a 5k mud run, featuring 20+ obstacles for you to conquer! Many of the obstacles include a "challenge" side, as well as an "Xtreme" side, making our course fun for anyone! Even if you believe you fall under the "couch potato" status, our course will help you prove to yourself that you have what it takes to tackle obstacles you thought you couldn't! This event will not have age group/gender awards. We will be awarding every participant with a medal. Even though we will not have official times, you will still be able to see an overall time that you completed the race with our race clocks. With registration you will receive an event T-shirt, a wristband, and a medal! Signing up within the first 4 waves will grant the option to also run the course a second time for $5! The Tour de Donut is a unique bicycle event, where your ability to eat donuts is just as important as your ability to ride your bicycle fast. The event is a mass start timed ride where riders visit donut stops and eat donuts. For each donut the rider eats during the ride (and keeps down) they have 5 minutes deducted from their ride time. There are prizes in several classes including  Tour de Donut championship jersey for the best adjusted "donut time". We also award the most donuts eaten in several classes.This ride is intended to be fun and include all cyclists pro to amateur, triathletes, tourist, fitness riders, fun riders, or you can dust off that two-wheeler you found along the road, or in the back of the barn you are not going to want to miss this event.While the event is a personal challenge, few consider it a serious competition, remember this is all in fun! Dirt Days Trail Series - Powder Keg Saturday, August 22, 2026 9:00 am Carter Park, Deerfield Township The Powder Keg is a perennial favorite. Explore the many trails of Carter Park which is behind the Historic Kings Mansion. The course will be fun and challenging. You will do a loop that will take you to down near the Little Miami River. Follow along the river on the old abandoned King Road. Explore an old dam. Climb the "Stairway to Heaven". Race distance is listed as 3.5 miles. However, your mileage may vary. This is the sixth event of the  Dirt Days Trail Series. The Powder Keg 5K Trail Race is presented by Deerfield Township and The Arts Alliance. A 4 mile trail race within the confines of the Schenectady Central Park trail system. 100% of the proceeds will go to Second Chances Recovery Services. This trail race will be an open time trial format.  Runners will be able to start their timed lap any time between 8 and 11AM, with the course closing at 12 PM.   This is in honor of Ellen Wisnoski, our beloved sister who lost her battle with addiction in September of 2024. Join us for a beautiful day on the trails, and honor Ellen’s legacy by helping those in need.   A guided yoga/stretching session will be available pre-race, with post race refreshments at the finish line.

The Snowmaker Road Race is an annual event that benefits the Woods Valley Ski Patrol.  The 25th Annual Snowmaker course begins at the Woods Valley Ski Area and tours the picturesque Hamlet of Westernville, NY before finishing back at the Ski Area.  The event consists of a 5K Run, a one-mile walk, and a one-mile kids run for participants 12 and under. A new race presented by Miles & Macros: Which way you start your loop will depend on your bib number and a coin toss. Once you complete the loop and are back at the aid station, you will go out the way you just came in and complete your next loop the opposite way. This ensures safety and camaraderie. This also adds a different kind of challenge. How many loops can you get in in 3 hours?!!?

Join us for a historic 10K Road Race along the Oswego River starting in Phoenix NY.  This course will quickly become one of your favorites.  This race had a huge following in the mid 80's through early 90's, and we'll stick with the original course.  It's flat, fast, and beautiful as it parallels the Oswego River for the entire loop course.  You'll start at Lock Island Park and immediately cross the Oswego River on the Phoenix Bridge.  You'll then run north along the river on Pendergast Road, glimpsing the river between open fields, woods, and homes along the way.  At the half way point you'll turn right to make a second crossing of the river at the single lane Hinmansville Bridge built in 1915.  A short jaunt through the woods on a packed dirt road will connect you to River Road to run back into the village of Phoenix and a finish at Lock 1.  This would be a great prep race for your fall half marathon or marathon! The Triathlon begins in the Town of Oyster Bay and takes you through surrounding towns. It begins with a 1/2 mile swim in calm Oyster Bay Harbor. Next, you will bike a one loop 12.3K, over hill and dale, thru beautiful Oyster Bay and Oyster Bay Cove. Fairly hilly but downhill and flat to the finish. Lastly, you will run a 5K thru Mill Neck and Brookville, "Up" to the Planting Fields Arboretum and back "Down" to Roosevelt Park. Town of Oyster Bay residents receive a $5 discount. Our 5th annual Night of Hope will take place on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at the Westerville North High School Cross Country Course and McCann Stadium. The evening will feature 5K and 1 Mile races on the Westerville North Cross Country Course, and Family Fun Run around the track. The evening will promote mental health awareness and celebrate the lives of those we've lost to suicide. The evening will also feature Mental Health partners who will have information on their services and resources. This year, our Top Overall Male, Female and Non-Binary finisher will receive an award! All the money raised at the event will go directly towards supporting Westerville Education Challenge's initiatives in Westerville City Schools including: Hope Squad (at all high schools & middle schools), RoX, WEB (Where Everyone Belongs), Twinkle's Care, student scholarships, and Parent Prep. The 18th Annual Race Montana Triathlon and Duathlon is scheduled for Saturday, Aufust 22nd, 2026, at the Electric City Water Park in Great Falls, Montana.The Race Montana Triathlon Sprint Distance event will start at 7:00 am.  The event features a 500-meter snake swim in the Electric City Water Park 50-meter pool.  The Bike portion will be 12.2 miles, with the first 5 miles and last 6 miles being relatively flat.  Mile 6 is a steady climb to the turnaround.  The run will be a fast and flat 3.1 miles.  If you do not want to compete in all three events, get some friends together and compete as a team.  Team racers will start the event with individual racers based on the anticipated 500-meter swim time.
