Tough Mountain Challenge

Newry, ME
ARE YOU TOUGH ENOUGH?Tough Mountain Challenge isn’t your average obstacle race—it’s New England’s most rugged, rowdy, and relentlessly fun event. Since 2010, we’ve been tearing up the mountains of Western Maine with a course designed to test your grit and reward your effort—with mud, sweat, and cold beer. Hosted at Sunday River Resort, the course winds through ski trails, wooded terrain, and natural mountain features, with plenty of custom-built obstacles in the mix. Whether you’re here to compete, complete, or just survive with style, it’s the kind of challenge you’ll talk about all year. Save the date: July 25, 2026. Let’s get after it.
