Average water temperature is in the mid 60s at that time of the year. Olympic Swim:.9 mile swim in the calm basin of beautiful Sebago Lake. Average water temperature is in the mid 60s at that time of the year.  Sprint Bike: 13.1 Miles Olympic Bike: 22.8 MilesSprint Run: 5k course through the campus on wooded trails with many bridges.  The red loop is fairly flat, but the blue finish loop will chall
