Join us on Wednesday March 18th at 6:00pm for our Annual St. Patrick's Pub Crawl! This exclusive event is limited to the first 35 runners over the age of 21 to register. Cost: $30 Meet at Uptown Brewing at 6pm where we will run as a group to Christy's and enjoy a beer. Our run/crawl continues on to Sup Dogs, then onto 5th street Hardware for our next stop. We will continue as a group with our crawl back to Uptown Brewing where we will enjoy - you guessed it - another beer! The total route will be 4 miles. Included in the cost of this event: beer at each stop and exclusive swag. Please bring your ID, ****TIP MONEY**** for the staff at each stop and your visibility gear.  *Let's use our brains at this event. It is entirely up to your own discretion for how little or how much you consume during this event. Please make plans in advance to get a ride, Uber, etc. home!* Beer. Run. Repeat!

The Pirate Nurse 5K has become a popular legacy event for current students, and a welcomed opportunity for sponsors to show their support for nursing students. It’s also an opportunity for alumni to re-connect with the College of Nursing and show their support for future Pirate Nurses. In concert with nursing culture, the charitable aspect of the event is integral to the ideal of service, one of the hallmarks of nursing education at the ECU College of Nursing.  There will be an in-person race and a virtual option (your choice)!! The Hero Run 5K and 1 Mile fun run celebrates the hero in all of us while raising awareness of life-saving organ, eye, and tissue transplants here in North Carolina. Get your capes ready and assemble your superhero teams for this fun and inspirational run/walk offered by Donate Life NC and ECU Transplant Center. What better way to celebrate the mother-figure in your life than to run a race in her honor in time for Mother's Day? Proceeds raised from Family First 5k will benefit Carolina Pregnancy Center (CPC), a non-profit organization that supports moms in need in Pitt County.  Participants who register before April 24 will receive a t-shirt, swag bag, and a token of love to give to the mom in their life. Timed Race: All participants will receive a medal. The top three overall winners will receive special prizes, including an additional medal and a gift card. 5K: 8:30 am, Registration $28 Family Fun Walk: 8:35 am, Registration $23   This race is presented by Carolina Pregnancy Center.

The Center for Family Violence Prevention is a 501 C 3, public charity, serving domestic violence survivors in Pitt, Martin and Washington Counties. Through crisis intervention and education services, survivors are able to break free from the violence and abuse to embark on a journey of healing and self-empowerment.  Our mission is to break the cycle of domestic violence while enhancing individual self-sufficiency and promoting healthy family relationships in our community. Join East Carolina University’s Student National Dental Association for the Annual Oral Cancer 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, May 30, 2026, starting at 9:00 AM. This event is dedicated to raising funds for Beau’s Buddies Cancer Patient Care Fund, which helps support patients by offsetting cancer-related dental expenses. Through this race, we aim to make a meaningful impact while also increasing awareness about oral cancer and the importance of early detection. We are proud to continue this annual tradition of bringing the community together to support an important cause. Whether you run, walk, or cheer from the sidelines, your participation helps us support patients and families who need it most. The Big Run 5K! We invite you to join us at ECU North Campus (Location Subject to Change) for The Big Run 5K Fun Run on June 6th to log some weekend miles. Set a goal, cross that finish line and celebrate with your friends, family and Fleet Feet community!  Whether it's your first 5K or your first in a while, The Big Run will inspire you to keep showing up and be the best version of yourself. The Big Run for Kids is intended for age 12 and under.  Each month of the year, our Team partners with a local non-profit organization to support and lift up through donations, education on their goals and missions for our community, and calls to action for continued support. This year our Big Run proceeds will be going to Ainsley's Angels of ENC. The vision of this amazing organization is inclusion without limits and together, we shall educate, advocate and celebrate inclusive communities while connecting everyone through empowerment and belonging. The 11th annual Pink Ribbon Run (formerly Run for the Ribbons) 5K run and 1-mile walk raises funds for local people battling breast cancer and their families.  The event features a 5K run on a certified course with professional race timing by Run the East. All 5K participants receive an event t-shirt with their registration fee.  You must register no later than September 13, 2026 to guarantee an event t-shirt. There is no charge to walk the 1M route.  No event t-shirt is included for free participants.   5K Registration Fees, includes an event t-shirt: $35 per person Team discount of $5 per person with a registration of 4 or more on a team. Beau’s Buddies Cancer Fund is back again with our annual Turkey Trot for Tots. All money raised stays in eastern NC to assist families that are battling cancer.
