Winter Park 50K, Marathon, Half, 10K & 5K – MileBuilt Cady Way Bridge Memorial Day 3-Day Challenge

Winter Park, FL
THE COURSE The Cady Way Bridge Memorial Day 3-Day Challenge runs on the Cady Way Trail in Winter Park, FL, on May 29–31, 2027. The course starts and finishes at the pavilion at Cady Way Park, 2535 Cady Way, Winter Park, FL 32792. Every distance starts with a one-time opening leg that sets your total distance, then runs repeats. Every repeat is the same — a cul-de-sac near the tennis and pickleball courts, then out along the trail to a Forsyth Road turnaround. Every repeat crosses the SR 436 bridge: 685 feet of elevated asphalt rising over Semoran Blvd. It climbs. It descends. You come back to it every time. That is the point. Runners may access their own vehicle if parked along the course. DISTANCES AND START TIMES 5:00 AM — 50K and Marathon 5:10 AM — Half Marathon 6:00 AM — 10K and 5K Available distances: 50K · Marathon · Half Marathon · 10K · 5K WHAT YOU GET. WHAT YOU DON'T. No shirts. No race bags. No expo. No chip timing. Nothing in a bag at the finish. A measured course. A clock. A finish that gets recorded. And a reason to come back tomorrow. Every finisher earns the Daily Finisher Medallion. Run all three days on a Streak and you earn the Tier Patch. RACE DAY CUTOFF 2:00 PM. This applies to the full race day — not per distance. Runners still on course after the cutoff will be directed off course. AGES 18 and older only — every distance, every day. Volunteers must also be 18 or older. PARKING Cady Way Park, 2535 Cady Way, Winter Park, FL 32792. Use the central lot or the overflow lot west of the Cady Way pool — both open early. The cul-de-sac and pool lots fill later. Arrive early. AID STATION This is a cupless event. Carry your own fluids — handheld bottle, vest, or waist pack. MileBuilt provides water, an electrolyte drink, and basic snacks at the aid station. Do not rely on the aid station as your complete nutrition plan, especially for longer distances or multi-day participation. BIB PICKUP Available on race day beginning one hour before your scheduled start time — honor system, no ID required. A friend may pick up on your behalf. No bib transfers. FINISH Not chip timed. When you finish: cross the line, strike the GONG, then complete the Clock Out at the MileBuilt Time Clock. Official finish times are recorded at the MileBuilt Time Clock and verified by the Race Director before results are posted. Every runner must complete the Clock Out process to receive an official finish record. One day is a full race. Two days is Resolve. Three days is a Streak.

Worlds End Ultramarathon

Forksville, PA
One of the toughest and most beautiful courses you’ll find anywhere! The Worlds End Ultramarathon is a challenging foot race that explores the Loyalsock Trail, Loyalsock State Forest and Worlds End State Park in the Endless Mountains of Pennsylvania. The routes are largely rugged, scenic-dense single-track trails with some fairly remote sections, several waterfalls and multiple vistas of the beautiful Endless Mountains. The PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources describes Worlds End State Park as "virtually in a class by itself, this wild, rugged and rustic area seems almost untamed." This is NOT a beginner-level ultra and participation in the race should not be taken lightly. 100k Course Description The course is predominantly rugged single-track that winds it's way through the the Endless Mountains in the Loyalsock State Forest and Worlds End State Park. Your effort will reward you with beautiful overlooks such as High Rock Vista, Canyon Vista, Upper and Lower Alpine View, Kettle Creek Vista, and High Knob Overlook along with spectacular cascades and falls like Double Run, Dry Run, Rode Falls and Lee's Falls in the Ketchum Run Gorge, just to name a few. You'll pass many interesting rock formations like Split Rock, take in the tranquility of Sones Pond and climb a wooden ladder along side Rode Falls. You may even see a bald eagle soar beside you as you traverse the rocky ledge of trail that overhangs the Loyalsock Creek. This course can be described as "hilly" or "rolling" with it's steepest sustained climb only being about 1,000 rocky feet. The deceptive part is that there is a never ending supply of shorter climbs that the trail throws at you to give an unexpected overall elevation gain of about 12,000 feet. Combine this with the often rock strewn, technical trail along with the number of times you'll stop to take in the scenery, and you'll quickly realize this isn't a course you'll try to set any personal records on. The race was designed around the famed Loyalsock Trail but to complete the loop back to Worlds End State Park, you'll spend plenty of time exploring side trails of equal beauty. The course runs deep in the Pennsylvania hills with rocky hollows, diverse forests, narrow gorges and endless views - enough eye candy to keep you busy for your entire run. But don't linger too long at any one place, you only have 19 hours to complete this race. Make no mistake, this race is intended to grind you down over the long haul. Luckily, we'll take care of you with 13 aid stations along the way. Not only will you see the usual ultra spread, expect to see delicious fresh fruit, bacon, and a plethora of other delicious treats to keep you moving to the finish line. You'll also have 4 aid stations that will be crew accessible and 3 locations to pick up and swap pacers from. **The Worlds End 100k is also part of the Pennsylvania Triple Crown of Mountain Running series. These races showcase the best of Pennsylvania’s ultra mountain-running scene and celebrates the wild beauty of these rugged old mountains, and the vibrant trail-running culture that thrives in them. Do you have what it takes to tame the wilderness races of PA?** 50k Course Description If you are not ready to tackle the full 100k but still want to take in the beauty of Worlds End, you can still challenge yourself with the 50k course. The race follows the same route as the 100k but veers off to bring you home before the start of the lower loop. While only half the distance and half the elevation (5,800 feet), it's still chock full of fabulous scenery and awesome trails. We also give you a more generous time limit of 12 hours to complete the course. Now don't let the distance fool you, the 50k will grind you down over the long haul too. Luckily, we'll take care of you with 6 aid stations along the way. You will you see the usual ultra spread, but also delicious fresh fruit, bacon, and a plethora of other delicious treats to keep you moving to the finish line. No aid station is crew accessible and no pacers are permitted in the 50k race. Post Race After you survive Worlds End, hang around to enjoy the post race food and explore the state park. We will have a smorgasbord of homemade soups, chili, pulled pork and burgers - whether a meat lover, vegetarian, or vegan, our spread will have an option for you. And while it may not look like the fanciest of feasts, we're sure you'll vote it top of the list for best post race food around. We will also have a relaxing atmosphere to help you unwind after your hard effort on the trails.

Follow the main park road, and when the road splits, stay to the left. This lane guides you directly into the West Parking Lot, which sits adjacent to the dog park and the O.K. Corral pavilion. CAMPING Primitive tent camping only — ten sites inside Gemini Springs Park, each with a fire ring, picnic table, and groomed tent pad. No RVs. Reserved directly through Volusia County (386-736-5953), not through race registration, and sites are limited. AID STATION This is a cupless event. Carry your own fluids — handheld bottle, vest, or waist pack. MileBuilt provides water, an electrolyte drink, and basic snacks at the O.K. Corral. Four days is a Streak.

Malad Valley Marathon

Malad City, ID
Saturday, September 11, 2027, at Malad City Park, 20 S 100 W, Malad City, Idaho. The second annual Malad Valley Marathon offers a full marathon, half marathon, 10K, 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run, all from one 8:00 AM start. Malad sits on I-15 about 13 miles north of the Utah line, 45 minutes from Logan, 50 from Pocatello and 90 from the Salt Lake City airport. Ask our 2026 runners what stood out and the course tops the list. The half marathon runs one valley loop and the full runs it twice. You climb out of town on hard-packed dirt that's kind to your legs and roll past barley fields, hay meadows and grazing horses, with the Bannock Range to the east and the Sublett Range to the west. Then comes a long descent home on quiet paved farm roads. The 10K and 5K are paved out-and-backs along the same loop. Everything sits at about 4,500 feet, and race morning is usually cool, in the 40s to 50s at the gun. Now the value. We think this is the best, most affordable, and most fun rural marathon you'll run, and here's why. Early Bird pricing runs through February 15, 2027: $70 full, $50 half, $40 10K, $25 5K and $15 for the mile. That full marathon price is about $30 under the typical early price at the 22 regional and rural marathons we checked. Our price windows go Early Bird, Early, Kinda Early, Cutting It Close and Last Call, and the full climbs just $5 at each step, so even our Last Call full ($90) beats or matches the final price at all 20 of those marathons that publish one. That $90 still sits $10 under their typical early price. Every 5K through full marathon entry includes a custom finisher medal, a custom bib with chip timing, live results and live tracking, finish-line food and free race photos within 48 hours. You also get a Malad Valley Marathon shirt when you register and pay by August 21, 2027 (a race hat after that), five aid stations stocked with water, electrolytes and snacks, a porta-potty at every station (10K, half and full), and on-course first aid. After our first race we posted more than 1,800 free photos the very next day. So go ahead and jump at the finish line. Our photographers will be ready. Want it even cheaper? On our website, skip the shirt or hat for $10 off (your medal stays included) and register with at least one friend for 5% off the whole group. That brings the Early Bird full to $57 and the half to $38. Entries are final. Want flexibility? Register on our website and add optional Refund Protection (5K through full). Race morning is easy. Packet pickup runs 6:00 to 7:45 AM at the park, parking is a short walk from the start, and every distance gets the full 7 hours, so you can take your time. The top three overall in each timed distance take home awards, and your crew gets the City Park playground, pickleball courts and disc golf course while you run. Make a weekend of it: Downata Hot Springs is about 20 minutes north and Lava Hot Springs about 35, perfect for a post-race soak. All 11 runner reviews on our site are five stars. "Well organized and also free photos included with your registration fee!" wrote Craig H. (Half Marathon, 2026). Bobbi S. (Half Marathon, 2026) added: "Loved the course around the beautiful fields and a 360 degree view of mountains." In 2027 our race falls on September 11. We'll come together in remembrance of the lives lost on 9/11, with gratitude for those who serve and for the communities that carry us forward. Bring your own reason to run. You'll want to be on this start line. Early Bird ends February 15. Save your spot: maladvalleymarathon.com/register Full race info, course maps and photos: maladvalleymarathon.com
