Welcome to MEGAMILES! We are a coached run group that aims to: get rid of elitism, intentionally and authentically create community, and make room for all paces and people. On March 21, 2026,  the Delta State University Lady Statesmen (Mississippi) Cross Country program is hosting a 5k run on the Delta State Cross Country course in Cleveland MS.  The race includes: t-shirts (until 3/9/26) and awards for overall and age group winners. Atten-hutt! A new year is upon us, soldiers. It's time to get your engine in tune for BATTLE! Come March 22nd, a flotilla of warriors will slap the brackish Waters of Old Fort Bayou with their paddles in a quest for glory. The sweat will pour like a waterfall. The screams of sore muscles will be deafening. Once you cross the finish line, the echoes of victory will ring eternal. Enlist today! The 8-ish mile out and back, starting from, and finishing at Gulf Hills stays the same as last year (shortened to not go around the marsh island at the beginning/finish). Come support the Non-Profit Abundant Life Adult Activity Center as we host the Railroad Festival 5K. Run/walk around the historic town of Amory during our community wide 44th Annual Railroad Festival celebrating Amory’s founding in 1887 as a railroad town. No, you don't have to do 50 miles, but you can do as many or as few miles as you desire in the 30 hour time frame!  If you want to try a long distance race, this is the one for you! No pressure, no hassle, no worries! We got you covered and you will have all the encouragement and trail buddies you can ever hope for! Course is at a Baseball complex and will be .5 mile out and backs.  Please prepare to provide your own food, snacks, and drinks. THE RACE: The 14th annual Hattiesburg Half Marathon • 10k • 5k is set for Saturday, April 11, 2026. The race provides fundraising opportunities for participating Pine Belt nonprofits, while also attracting runners to the Hub City from numerous states. Online registration opens Monday, October 13th, for all three race routes.     THE COURSE: The Hattiesburg Half Marathon • 10k • 5k course highlights iconic local landmarks and engages Hattiesburg businesses. The 12th Annual Celebrate Sela: Race to Raise CDH Awareness 5K Run/Walk and Half Mile Fun Run is held in memory of Sela Marie Anderson. The 5K is for all ages and for all levels of "runners." The Fun Run is for ages 9 and under. Celebrate Sela will use proceeds from the event to fund research and treatment and raise awareness for congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) patients. The Saltillo Jr. Women’s Club (SJWC) is excited to host our 3rd Annual Donut Dash in Saltillo, Mississippi on Saturday, April 18, 2026. This fun community race is more than just a run. It is one of our most important fundraisers supporting two programs that directly serve children in the Saltillo and Guntown school systems. The first program, Blessing Bags, provides weekend food for students who may not have reliable meals when school is not in session. Each week, SJWC volunteers pack backpacks with kid friendly, nonperishable foods including breakfast items, lunches, and snacks that can easily be prepared without adult assistance. Currently, 90 local children receive Blessing Bags every week, and that number continues to fluctuate as families face rising costs and economic challenges. During school breaks, our club also sends home additional food bags to help bridge the gap when school meals are unavailable. The Blessing Bags program costs approximately $1,850 per month, or about $21

Taking place in Tradition Lake located next to the Tradition Master Amenities Center located in the Village at Tradition neighborhood. This event consists of a 600yd swim + 16.2m bike + 5K run   The very popular Tradition Triathlon is back at it’s original location. It will be hosted by the Gulf Coast Running Club. This race course will consist of a 600 yard flat lake swim around the perimeter of Tradition Lake. The 16.2 mile bike course is challenging with a few sharp climbs. The 5K run will be through the Village at Tradition. Coke 10k has been "pounding the pavement" since 1982, which makes May 2nd, 2026 the 45th Annual Running!  Our certified course is tree-lined and runs through some of the most beautiful residential areas in Corinth, MS; beginning and ending in our historic downtown district. It has been listed in Running Times as "One of the Great 100 Short Races" and is currently the largest 10k race in MS.  We look forward to showering you with Mississippi hospitality and adding a few more Miles of Smiles to your running log! On Friday, May 1st, Sacred Heart School will be participating in our ninth annual Race for Education.  We invite family and friends to join us in helping to raise funds for updated playground equipment. Each participant will raise funds by asking sponsors to contribute a tax-deductible donation to our school. Students may walk or jog around a designated area as many times as they are able in one hour’s time.  Students and classes will also have an opportunity to receive several prizes based on their participation in our Race for Education.

The vibrant and exhilarating Colors for Courage Color Run is coming to Lyman Elementary School, where fun, fitness, and patronage collide in a spectacular burst of color! Imagine this: participants, young and old, dressed in white shirts, standing eagerly at the starting line, ready to take on a race like no other. As the horn sounds, they’re off, their feet pounding the pavement as vibrant clouds of colored powder explode into the air at each checkpoint. Reds, blues, yellows, and greens swirl through the air, painting the runners in an assortment of hues as they race through a course filled with cheer, music, and excitement. Each step brings a new splash of color, turning the entire event into a living canvas of joy, unity, and determination. The event isn’t just about running—it's about coming together to support an amazing cause. All proceeds from the Colors for Courage Color Run benefit the Wounded Warrior Project, helping to provide support and resources to our brave veterans

Because we have added new events to our calendar, our duathlon series now consists of 2 events instead of three. May 2nd: 5K Run + 11 mile bikeJune 6th: 2 Mile Run + 11 Mile Bike + 2 Mile Run The runs are out and back. The bike is an 11 mile loop. Both offer a hilly challenge. No DRAFTING allowed and bike helmets are required. Where - Race will be run through the town of Hickory Flat, MS on Saturday, May 2rd, 2026. There will be a 5K for all age divisions, as well as a 1 mile "Fun Run". Races will begin and end at the school gym parking lot on Spruce St.   Registration -Same day registration will be available for $35.(T-shirts will be available in limited sizes and quantities)   Registration will open at 7:00 a.m.  Prizes: Awards to top male and female 5k finishers overall. The top 3 male and 3 female 5k finishers  will receive awards in each of the following age groups: 1-19; 20-29; 30- 39; 40- 49; 50- 59; 60+ Race officials reserve the right to cancel with no refund within two hours of start if severe weather is in the vicinity or forecast. Registration will close at 7:00pm Friday May 1st (or if we reach 1000 participants sooner).   The Natchez Trace Century Ride is quickly becoming the largest spring cycling event in Mississippi. Nearly 1000 cyclists each year jump start their cycling season while discovering our small town charm and hospitality by pedaling on stretches of national scenic byway. This ride starts and ends in Ridgeland and provides an experience for riders of all ages and abilities. With your choice of distances from 8, 25, 50, 62, and 100 miles with mild to moderate elevation, it is a great ride to find your stride and other specialties along the route. There will be “energizer” stops with snacks, water, and gatorade every 10-15 miles. The Natchez Trace Century Ride will take place on Saturday, May 3rd at 7:00 a.m., and will start at the Ridgeland Recreational Center.  Registration fee includes: ride, event t-shirt, swag bag, post-ride meal.   Registration fees are:                       8 Mile

The 17th Annual Walk & Roll for Methodist Rehab is Saturday, May 9, 2026. This annual benefit for our Wilson Research Foundation is a great way to honor friends and loved ones who have benefitted from Methodist Rehab. Funds raised help us achieve better outcomes for our patients through clinical research, therapy technology and other innovations. Attendance is free for this community event, so start a team, join a team or register individually. Let's walk & roll!

Join us for the Gulf Coast Beer & Bacon 5K in Long Beach, MS on May 9, 2026. All proceeds will benefit the nonprofit Mississippi Heroes which celebrates Caregivers from all walks of life including Nonprofessional Family Caregivers along with Professional Caregivers and Heroes including Policemen, Nurses, Doctors, Firemen, Military, EMT.  The funds from this race will go back into the community to build wheelchair ramps for Veterans, Disabled & Seniors in need.  We would love for everyone to walk in support of their favorite caregiver or dress in attire such as bacon, a pig, or your favorite beer costume.   RACE DETAILS: General Information:  $35.00 to participate in 5K, with medal and t-shirt to all participants.  If you signup a group and name your group under fundraising, you can register for $25.00.  $10 to just run/walk and support - no t-shirt, no number, just come and enjoy.  Water & snacks for all.  COURSE:   The course will start and end in Long Beach, course map to

The Mid South Rehab and UMMC Grenada Rehabilitation 5K Run and Walk benefits the UMMC Grenada Patient Needs Fund. This fund assists patients and families with various needs during a medical crisis.  All money raised for the UMMC Grenada Patient Needs Fund stays in Grenada. Online registration is recommended race day registration will begin at 7:00 AM.  1st and 2nd place awards will be awarded to the first and second place overall winners and to the master's winners. 1st place will be awarded to the male and female runners in the following age groups. 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60 and above First place awards will go to the overall male and female walker and the master's male and female walker.
