Hope Continues 5k

The 2026 Hope Continues 5K Run & 1-Mile Walk marks the 10th year of this inspiring annual event, formerly known as the Tupelo Breast Cancer Awareness Run. One hundred percent of the proceeds will remain in the 16 counties of Northeast Mississippi, helping provide vital breast cancer screenings and support services for individuals affected by the disease. Thanks to our incredible participants, sponsors, and donors, last year’s event raised more than $35,000. Together, let’s surpass that amount in 2026 and continue bringing hope to our Northeast Mississippi communities! Participants can also look forward to a fast, familiar course with an exciting start and finish location in downtown Tupelo at Fair Park.
