Welcome to the Swifty Fun Run! It is a themed running event where fans and fitness enthusiasts come together to run and celebrate the amazing person and music of Taylor Swift. The City of Clayton, Inkwell, The Center of Clayton and Big Shark Bicycle Company are proud to announce the 11th Annual Inkwell Clayton Kids Triathlon. This year's event will take place at Clayton Shaw Park Outdoor Pool, Shaw Park and the new GRG Centennial Greenway. This fun and twisty course will introduce kids ages 7- 14 to the sport of triathlon. Join MSE Racing and Coach Sally Drake for an open water swim session/clinic at beautiful 370 Lakeside Park in Saint Peters.  We will kick off 370 Lakeside Triathlon and Expo weekend with an optional swim clinic to help newbies prepare and gain helpful tips for open water swimming and race day strategies. For those with experience, just swim and enjoy! We will have a couple of buoys for use at the clinic session, but not full access to the triathlon swim courses because the park will be open to the public that day.  This event is open to anyone at any level.  We offer a special discounted rate for athletes participating in the Lakeside 370 Triathlon if you bundle and purchase the Open Water Swim Clinic Session when you register for the 370 Lakeside Triathlon. The 9/11 Heroes Run 5K welcomes runners, ruckers, and walkers of all ages and fitness levels to honor the heroes of 9/11 and those who've served our nations since. We activate & unite communities and empower local veterans, active duty, first responders, and families of the fallen. TMF is proud to partner with GORUCK again with rucking divisions at every run. 5k Info The Rotary Club of Table Rock Lake will host The Great Pickle Race and Pickleball Tournament on Saturday, September 12 at Wolf Pack Park in Reeds Spring! The race is a 5k. We'll also have a one-mile fun run. The 5k will take place in the wooded trails of Wolf Pack Park. The one-mile fun run will take place on pavement. Each participant will receive a t-shirt (if registered by September 3). Registrations on September 4 or later will receive a shirt if there are any left. We'll have water and snacks available. For the 5k, we'll have medals for the top three male and female finishers in each age group. The age groups are 18 and under, 19-45, and 46 and older. The youngest finisher and the oldest finisher will also be recognized. For the fun run, the top three overall finishers will receive medals. In December of 2021, Captain Andrew Allman was suddenly and abruptly diagnosed with stage four gastric adenocarcinoma, a cancer attributed to his exposure to burn pits from his deployment with the U.S. Army to Baghdad, Iraq eleven years prior. Andrew valiantly fought this aggressive cancer for seven months. Unfortunately, on Father’s Day, June 19 of 2022, he passed away, leaving behind his wife of almost fourteen years, Sarah, and their three school-aged children. Despite the aggressiveness of the cancer and the harsh side effects of the chemotherapy, Andrew resolved to fight with everything he had. At the time of his diagnosis, he was bedridden, but perseverance and determination allowed him to regain some strength and he was able to go on walks during his "rally-period." The 25th annual Run for Freedom 5K and 10K, sponsored by the West Central Missouri Veterans Assistance League (VAL), will be at 8 a.m. Sept. 19 at the Missouri Veterans Home in Warrensburg. Runners from all over West Central Missouri and Eastern Kansas participate in this event to help enhance the lives of the veterans who live at the Missouri Veterans Home in Warrensburg. This event offers a 5K and 10K run that is USATF certified and uses a professional timing company to document running times. Participants are allowed to walk the race as well and is family-friendly. Medals are presented to the top three finishers in each age category for the run by the veterans who live at the home. They love being able to give back to those who are instrumental in making the final chapters of their lives better. Run Through the Darkness is an annual event that has been created to raise awareness, provide vital information and to unite a community of people to support one another through Recovery, Mental Health and Suicide Awareness

The race begins at Heritage Park and heads to the dam then returns back to Heritage Park. This is a great course for beginners or those that would like to walk as well. We will have bubble stations along the race to cheer you on and celebrate your cross across the finish line. This is a pet and stroller friendly race. All participants will get a finisher medal and pancake breakfast with registration. All participants registered by 8/17/26 will receive a race t-shirt. All funds raised stay here in Smithville to help decrease youth substance use, improve mental health and wellness and build resiliency.
