The 6th annual Ashland City Half-Marathon will take place on Saturday March 7th, 2026 in Ashland City (20 minutes west of Nashville). The pancake flat, USATF-certfied course will go from Riverbluff Park and then take you on the beautiful Bicentennial Greenway, returning you alongside the Cumberland River on Chapmansboro Road. This is a loop many of the faster runners in the Nashville area have been using for time trials and tempo runs and is about as flat as you can get without doing a boring out and back race. In an effort to be more inclusive, in 2025 the course will only be open for 3 hours (13:44/mile). But please do not enter unless you are 100% confident you can cover the entire course in under 3 hours.

The Heart of Round Rock Run, presented by the C.D. Fulkes PTA, is back for its second year! This community event is designed to bring together Round Rock ISD families, schools, and local businesses for a day of health, connection, and support for our students. This free walk/run will take place on Saturday, March 6, 2027, at Old Settlers Park in Round Rock. There is both a 5k and 1 mile option. This district-wide event includes participants from 16 east side RRISD campuses, spanning elementary, middle, and high school levels. Now in its 13th year, the Newport News One City Marathon is a great point-to-point marathon option located in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. This course is known for its fast times and a high percentage of Boston Qualifying times. There are also additional race distances available including half marathon, 5K and Nautical Mile fun run. If you are up for a challenge, run the 5K on Saturday, and either the half or full marathon Sunday!

The 20th Annual Heart & Sole 5k will be Saturday, March 6, 2027 in downtown Augusta, Georgia. The course will start and end at The Children's Hospital of Georgia, where numerous medical miracles take place every day.

Run or walk in Augusta’s most scenic race. Voted "Best 5K in Augusta" 3 Bridges 5K is a gorgeous run on the Augusta Canal National Heritage Area’s River Levee Trail. This scenic course is a paved out-and-back, crossing three bridges along the Savannah River and the Augusta canal, with start/finish at the Lake Olmstead Trailhead. 3 Bridges 10K follows the 5K course for the first 3 miles, then continues along the canal path out past the pump station before it returns to Lake Olmstead Trailhead.  3 Bridges makes a cash donation to the Augusta Canal National Heritage Area to help maintain and improve trails.  Virtual Options: Run anywhere anytime, or run the course at a time of your choosing. Run Leo is one of the premier races in the Triad with upwards of 1000 runners each year. It is the main fund raiser in support of the children of St. Leo Catholic School. Our 2027 Run Leo Road Race will be run on Saturday, March 13th.If you sign up for the virtual race, you can run it any time between the 9th and the 14th. The racecourse begins on the Lake-Sumter State College South Lake campus, includes the challenge of the South Lake Trail via the Hancock Extension, and ends back on the Lake-Sumter campus with green beer to celebrate your victory. This will be a fun event for the entire family.  All registered participants will receive a t-shirt and medal. * Runners will be timed with prizes awarded to the top three finishers in each race by gender. All proceeds from the Shamrock Shuffle benefit the LSSC Foundation, which supports scholarships and education at Lake-Sumter State College. 2026 Muddy Shamrock Results Woods, dirt, mud, roots, and maybe some other adventurous trail stuff will be experienced at the 6th annual Muddy Shamrock Trail Races @ The Forge. And now that we've earned the 4th leaf in our clover, the race is now named the MUDDY SHAMROCK! This early-season trail race will be run on wooded single & double-track trails with awesome scenery around the historic Lemont Quarries. Both races will traverse the single-track MTB trails within the woods and some gravel trails throughout the Forge and adjoining trail systems.

No Luck Irish Run is back on March 14, 2027 for its 11th running! This run/walk offers both a 5k, and a Kids Dash. New this year the event will start at 9:15 AM making it the perfect family outing to dress up, run/walk, and then celebrate all things St. Paddy's in town square with great tunes, photo ops, drinks, and entertainment. The course is a USATF certified 5k that will allow for some fast times, good times, and always some great photos. Our motto has always been to Build Community, Encourage Fitness, and Shape Lives. This race definitely is a favorite in carrying out that mission while also having LOTS of FUN!

5th Annual Lightning Warriors St Patrick's Day 5K in Tampa, FL (Gadsden Park) benefitting the Lightning Warriors Hockey Program Inc. (LWHP) The Lightning Warriors are a 501(c)(3) dedicated to serving disabled veterans. We help educate and provide support through the great game of ice hockey.The LWHP, a 501(c)(3), has been organized to operate exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, for those wounded in defense of the United States.The purpose of the LWHP is to serve the disabled veteran community, the hockey community at large and the community at large in the Tampa, FL region.Our mission is to provide both a recreational and competitive environment/team that is therapeutic and educational for our members so that we serve each other and our communities. Our Space Man 5k date coincides with the anniversary of the Launch of Mercery RedStone on March 24, 1961 The 5th Annual Space Man 5k is an out and back course held in historic Cocoa Village and entirely along the beautiful Indian River Lagoon.  The race coincides with the Space Coast Triathlon and is limited to 200 total entrants.
