Welcome to the Fittest on the Farm Virtual 5K/10K – Run, Walk or Ruck! 🌾🍎 Hosted by CrossFit 605 and The Herd Health & Wellness, this virtual extension of Fittest on the Farm gives you the chance to take on the challenge from wherever you are, anytime through October 31, 2026. Whether you're an experienced runner, a seasoned rucker, a casual walker, or just looking for a new challenge, this event is for YOU. Choose your distance and your style: 🏃 5K 🏃‍♀️ 10K 🥾 Run, Walk, or Ruck Complete your distance anywhere that works for you. Around your neighborhood, on a trail, at the gym, on a treadmill, or wherever you want to take it on. There is no required course, no required pace, and no proof of completion needed. Once you finish your 5K or 10K, simply submit your result through RunSignUp. All virtual participants will receive an official Fittest on the Farm finisher medal, mailed directly to you after registration. Please join us for our Monster Dash 5K. The Monster Dash run is a 5k fun run/walk that benefits the Cannon South Beta Club in Woodbury, TN. We are excited to host an in person race located at the scenic Cannon South Elementary School. While you run/walk our 5K, you will enjoy the gorgeous scenery of our beautiful Cannon County community. All profits from the 5k will go to Cannon South Elementary Beta Club. Race Options 5K Race: Perfect for runners and walkers of all levels. Registration Fees Registration Ages 5 and under free Students, Seniors (65+), Teachers $20 Regular Registration Rate- ages 18-64 $30 Shirts (Shirt orders need to be in by 10/16) We will offer race day registration starting at 7 a.m. on the day of the race. Welcome to the Green Jays & Ghouls 1 Mile Race and 1 Mile Fun Run/Costume Run! The races will be held at the Jackson State Community College campus in Jackson, TN on Saturday, October 31st, beginning at 8:00 a.m.. The 1 mile course is certified; mostly flat and definitely fast! Just the right course to set your first or next 1 mile PR! All proceeds and donations help fund training and travel expenses for the Jackson State Track & Field Club as they prepare for their 2027 indoor and outdoor T&F season. To accommodate the large field expected and all paces, we are hosting 3 races: 8:00 am - Ages 20 and up Timed Race 8:30 am - Ages 14-19 Timed Race 9:00 am - Ages 0-13 Timed Race and Costumed Runners of all ages Awards will be presented to the top 3 in each age group as well as the top 3 finishers in each race. Come join the fun at the 2026 Brush Mountain Breakdown presented by Roots Realty Group, the 9th event of the RunAbout Sports 2026 Race Series! The 12 miler, 7 miler and 5K run are all on trails within the Pandapas Pond trail system - which is part of the Jefferson National Forest. The courses are challenging with many hills and some creek crossings (water less than knee deep). Courses All 3 races begin and end at the upper parking lot at Pandapas Pond. The course is primarily single-track trails and limited sections of forest fire roads. All races will cross creeks and navigate challenging terrain including climbs, descents, and technical terrain. The trails are in the scenic Jefferson National Forest and are well-maintained by the Poverty Creek Trails Coalition. The 5K route does not include an aid station. Celebrate Halloween at the Breakthrough Trail 5K at Pamplin Historical Park on October 31st by wearing your favorite costume! The best registrant costume will receive a certificate and a $100.00 gift card. Join us for the Boydton Day Boo Bash 5K Run/Walk on October 31, 2026 at 8:00 AM to help kickoff the 50th Annual Boydton Day and support the Mecklenburg County Cancer Association! This out and back run/walk will be held on the Boydton leg of the Tobacco Heritage Trail. It will be the kickoff event for Boydton Day followed by a quick walk up to the Boydton Day Parade at 10:00 AM and visiting the vendors and all of the planned family friendly events! This run/walk features a smooth crush'n'run packed trail with minor elevation changes. Runners and walkers of all ages may dress up in costume or athletic clothing and run, walk , or both from start to finish. All participants will receive a finisher medal. Run/Walk and Costume Contest winners will receive a trophy. And one of the best parts of this event is that 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the Mecklenburg County Cancer Association!

The Pennsylvania Sled Dog Club is excited to host the third annual Osceola Tug Hill Dryland Challenge! This event is on the cross country ski trails of the Osceola Tug Hill XC Ski Center. This year's race is both ISDRA sanctioned for all classes and an IFSS World Cup accredited race for bikejor, scooter, and canicross. Entry Deadline: Entries close Wednesday, 10/28/26 at 8:00 p.m. ET. No late entries! No changes to registration will occur after registration closes. In the event that the race is canceled, class registration fees will be refunded except the processing fee. All entries will be online via Runsignup by the stated deadline. No phone, email, social media, or fax entries will be accepted. PSDC Membership: PSDC membership is required for all participants. She participated in field hockey, track and field, soccer, and running, and she was also a trainer at Solidcore. An active lifestyle was such an important part of who Skylar was, so what better way to celebrate her than by getting together for a 5K in her honor? The Skylar’s Golden Birthday 5K will celebrate Skylar’s love of fitness, her vibrant spirit, and the impact she had on the people around her. All proceeds will benefit the Skylar Sites Memorial Scholarship Fund, which provides scholarships to graduating seniors pursuing careers in the medical field, helping others just as Skylar did. November Project Madison will host the 5th edition of the only half marathon race held entirely on Bascom Hill on Saturday, October 31st at 8am. That's 40 laps around a 1/3-mile oval-shaped sidewalk (approximately 2,000 feet of elevation gain). There are solo and team divisions, and costumes are highly encouraged. Registration for this untimed race is free. The top-of-the-hill aid station will offer water, snacks, and moral support. All solo finishers will receive a vintage November Project Madison buff of their choice.

A: Our most competitive category. Consider it a “Pro/Cat1/2 Race”. All legal race tactics welcome, this is about competing with each other respectfully and pushing each other as hard as we can. B: Our less advanced competitive category. Consider it a “Cat 3/4" Race. This also encompasses anyone who has a goal to compete beyond what the C race would allow. If people who are just trying racing want to race for less than 45 minutes, they can always drop out early. C: Fun only, it’s not results-focused. It is also completely unlabeled in terms of gender. This will be about the side quest, or about the hand-ups, or about trying something for the first time without the pressure of also competing at it. Any level is welcome, but everyone has to remember that this is about letting other people have their good time without getting in their way. The Nightmare on Eagle Walk 5k is hosted by the USM Athletic Training Club. This year's event will start and finish at Renasant Stadium (formerly M.M. Roberts Stadium, aka The Rock). Welcome to our annual rendition of the Pirates vs. Cancer Scare-O-Way Cancer 5k! We are an organization at the Brody School of Medicine in Greenville, NC dedicated to improving the lives of pediatric cancer patients at the local Maynard Children's Hospital. We achieve our goals by raising donations from the community and increasing awareness of pediatric cancers in Eastern North Carolina. As a testament to this fact, 100% of all proceeds from fundraising activities are donated directly to the Children's Hospital. One of our largest events of the year is our 5k that will be hosted the morning of Saturday, October 31st at the beautiful Wildwood Park. Our route is a flat, graded track running through pristine woodlands overlooking multiple lakes. Temperatures in late October will be optimal for fast times. The race will start promptly at 10am at the main park shelter (3450 Blue Heron Dr, Greenville, NC 27834) with a time limit of 75 minutes. There will be an official race start/finish line and time clock courtesy of our friends at Fleet Feet Greenville. There will also be water and light snacks at the shelter. The race is not formally timed, but your time will be visible at the finish line. We encourage participants to run in costume to feel the Halloween spirit! We also welcome donations besides the $15 entry fee, 100% of which will support our organization's mission to help children battling cancer here in Eastern NC. RunVermont is excited to partner with Downtown Saint Albans for the Spooky Youth Fun Run as part of Spooky Saturday! GIFT OF LIFE: MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS Established more than 30 years ago, Gift of Life was created to reduce health disparities and improve cancer outcomes for Southeast Texas through its free women’s breast cancer screenings. Today, the Gift of Life Women’s Breast Health Program annually provides no-costs screenings, diagnostic tests and case management to nearly 1,500 medically underserved women with navigation to cancer treatment along with emotional and financial support for clients battling cancer. In less than two years, Gift of Life’s has diagnosed breast cancer in 26 Southeast Texas women. In addition to clinical care, Gift of Life Educational Outreach Initiatives offers community health and wellness education about cancer and other life-threatening diseases through health fairs, screening sites, presentations and digital media reaching more than 25,000 individuals each year. Informing and educating Southeast Texans of the cancer risks, disease symptoms along with vital preventative actions, empowering individuals to take charge of their health with adoption of positive lifestyle behaviors. OVARIAN CANCER AWARENESS: WHY IT MATTERS Ovarian cancer is often called the “silent killer” because symptoms are vague and difficult to recognize. Unlike breast cancer, there is no reliable early screening test making awareness, education, and access to medical care absolutely critical. Each year in the U.S., more than 22,000 women are diagnosed with ovarian cancer. It is the fifth leading cause of cancer-related deaths among women. When detected early, ovarian cancer survival rates can reach 90%, but most cases are found in later stages when treatment is less effective. Southeast Texas women are especially vulnerable when they lack insurance or resources for timely medical care.
