The Manion WOD (Workout of the Day) is a powerful tribute to 1stLt Travis Manion, USMC, designed to unite veterans, families of the fallen, and inspired civilians in honoring one of our nation’s heroes. Hosted by CrossFit boxes, ruck clubs, and gyms nationwide—or completed virtually anytime, anywhere—this workout challenges its participants to push harder, go further, and grow stronger in memory of those who have sacrificed for our freedoms. Celebrate the start of St. Joseph Fun Days by participating in the 5K  Race or Kids Fun Run on the evening of May 29th!  This year's event will kick off with a Kids Fun Run for children 10 and under at 6:30PM, followed by the 5K Race at 7:00PM.  For the 5K race prizes will be awarded for the top overall male and female finishers, top age group finishers, and random finishers. THE START/FINISH LINE WILL AGAIN BE ON THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS, NEAR THE BINGO TENT.  RUNNERS WILL NOW START AND FINISH IN THE HEART OF THE FUN! Kids Fun Run Route (~0.5 mi.): Following the race, participants are invited to enjoy all that St. Joseph Fun Days has to offer.  Additional details about St. Joseph Fun Days can be found at www.stjosephfundays.org/. No Shirt Guaranteed if registered after 5/15/2025! Packet Pick-Up will be available THURSDAY, May 28th from 6-7PM at the St. Joseph Church parking lot or FRIDAY, May 29th 5:00-6:00PM.
