*This is a River to River Runners Club Championship Series event!*   The 10k run is set for 7:30am on Saturday, April 11 at the Crab Orchard National Wildlife Refuge. The Micro Marathon will start at 9:30 am, and the PeeWee Marathon will start at 10:30 am. Check-in and race day registration begins at 6:30am. All courses start and end at the new refuge headquarters located on Headquarters Road, just West of Rt 148.  The courses are flat with a few small, gently rolling hills. All race participants registered by March 29th are guaranteed a T-shirt. There are also prizes for the top three male and female runners in each five-year age group, as well as the overall winner. There will be special awards for participants who participate in all three events. Light refreshments will be provided.

Who We Are: Healthy Kids Running Series is a five (5) week running program in the spring and fall for kids Pre-K through 8th grade. Each HKRS Series takes place once a week and offers age-appropriate running events including the 50 & 75 yard dashes, the 1/4 mile, the 1/2 mile and the 1 mile run. Kids will earn points for each race they complete based on their finish. Pricing: The registration fee covers the entire five (5) weeks of the Series which includes race bibs for each week, a runner shirt, a finisher medal and any sponsor giveaways. Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable. Online Early Bird registration increases three weeks prior to the first race event.  Challenger: This Series offers a Challenger Division which is an adaptive 75 yard race for children with disabilities and/or special needs. This allows for parents, siblings, and friends to be on the course with runners to provide support as well as bringing their own supportive devices such as crutches, brace

Celebrate the start of St. Joseph Fun Days by participating in the 5K  Race or Kids Fun Run on the evening of May 29th!  This year's event will kick off with a Kids Fun Run for children 10 and under at 6:30PM, followed by the 5K Race at 7:00PM.  For the 5K race prizes will be awarded for the top overall male and female finishers, top age group finishers, and random finishers. THE START/FINISH LINE WILL AGAIN BE ON THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS, NEAR THE BINGO TENT.  RUNNERS WILL NOW START AND FINISH IN THE HEART OF THE FUN! Kids Fun Run Route (~0.5 mi.): Following the race, participants are invited to enjoy all that St. Joseph Fun Days has to offer.  Additional details about St. Joseph Fun Days can be found at www.stjosephfundays.org/. The Gold Rush 5K is presented by Glenwood Ruritan Club in conjunction with NC Gold Foundation Gold Festival. ***GOLD*** There will be a drawing for a genuine GOLD nugget worth $200! All registered runners will be entered to win!!!!!! T-shirts will be given to the 1st 25 registered runners, so register early! Additional t-shirts will be available for purchase on race day. There will be a FREE kids Fun Run starting at 9am. Race Day registration WILL be available for $25.

Hungry Mother State Park is a gorgeous destination with an awesome trail system. Lots of camping, lodging, and activities for the whole family.  We will have multiple options from a moderate hike to a challenging 15 ish mile one lap mountain race! Plan to make a day or a whole vacation out of this event. Awards, refreshments, live music, and games to follow so bring a chair and cheer on the other participants!

The Old Rochester Regional High School cross country and track & field teams are hosting a 5k race through beautiful downtown Marion, MA.  All proceeds from the race will benefit the cross country and track teams at Old Rochester to purchase new equipment to ensure continued success with our programs.  The race will start and end at Sippican School, and will run along the water through downtown Marion Village, and then loop back around to finish at the school.  T-shirts will be given to the first 200 athletes registered!
