Come join us for our 5th annual installment of the Eastern Shore Sprint Adventure Race! This year, we are excited to be returning to Trap Pond State Park in Laurel, DE with a 6-hour course.  Enjoy biking (road and trail), trekking, and paddling in both familiar and brand new areas of this beautiful State Park and the surrounding areas. This race is once again very completable for first timers and newer adventure racers, and yet still has enough strategic decisions and challenging optional points to interest our most advanced racers that are looking to battle it out to clear the full course and take first place!  Enjoy beautiful scenic views, unique trees, and diverse wildlife as you paddle, bike, and trek your way to the finish!

Held at the beautiful Trap Pond State Park, this event takes runners on a scenic and invigorating course along the Bob Trail—a 4.5-mile loop around the 90-acre Trap Pond. The route winds through towering hardwood forests, crosses a picturesque dam at Raccoon Pond, and ventures over boardwalk bridges through freshwater swamps. Runners will be treated to breathtaking views of vibrant fall foliage, offering a colorful backdrop and a true taste of Sussex County’s lowland beauty during peak autumn.
