Come join us for our 5th annual installment of the Eastern Shore Sprint Adventure Race! This year, we are excited to be returning to Trap Pond State Park in Laurel, DE with a 6-hour course.  Enjoy biking (road and trail), trekking, and paddling in both familiar and brand new areas of this beautiful State Park and the surrounding areas. This race is once again very completable for first timers and newer adventure racers, and yet still has enough strategic decisions and challenging optional points to interest our most advanced racers that are looking to battle it out to clear the full course and take first place!  Enjoy beautiful scenic views, unique trees, and diverse wildlife as you paddle, bike, and trek your way to the finish!

The Montana State Firefighters Memorial Run is here to honor our heroes who have fallen in the line of duty and those who serve us today! In Montana, we are proud of our front liners and what they do to make our world safe. This race is built to bring competitors with professional timers. We also provide races, vendors, and entertainment for friends and families of our communities that support our firefighters all around Montana. Enjoy the atmosphere and great company as you join us in honoring our heroes. We appreciate your support. We will see you at the starting line. T-Shirts will not be available if you register after June 1, 2026

The race starts at the Thompson Park  6th St.,  runs through the hills north of town, and back to the park.  You can choose from a 2-mile, 4-mile, or 8-mile run. Note that the 8-mile race will start a 1/2 hour earlier, at 6:30 am. Register before 6/20/2025 to make sure you get a T-shirt.  Packet pick up will be July 2nd from 11am-3pm & July  3rd - 11am to 3pm at the Laurel Chamber of Commerce (108 E Main).  If at all possible, please pick up your packets at that time. Packets can also be picked up on the morning of the 4th before the race at Thomson Park

This is a fairly flat, fast course on Thiel/River Rd and follows along scenic views of the Yellowstone River and it's wildlife. Big Sky State Games road race competitors can compete in a 5k, 10k or 1/2 marathon. Join us in historic Laurel, MD on Saturday, Sept. 5, 2026 for the Emancipation Day 5K!  14th Annual Emancipation Day Diabetes 5K Run/Walk and 1 Mile Fun Walk - Run or Walk, Live or Virtual For the benefit of University of Maryland's Center for Diabetes and Endocrinology-Midtown The University of Maryland Center for Diabetes and Endocrinology-Midtown serves children and adults with diabetes in Baltimore City, the surrounding counties and the region. We offer the highest quality of care and service to assist people with diabetes in managing the disease and preventing complications. Annually, the Center for Diabetes and Endocrinology sees over 3,000 patients, including those with Type 1, Type 2, or gestational diabetes. 5K Run/Walk and the 1 Mile Fun Walk are $25.00 per person. Held at the beautiful Trap Pond State Park, this event takes runners on a scenic and invigorating course along the Bob Trail—a 4.5-mile loop around the 90-acre Trap Pond. The route winds through towering hardwood forests, crosses a picturesque dam at Raccoon Pond, and ventures over boardwalk bridges through freshwater swamps. Runners will be treated to breathtaking views of vibrant fall foliage, offering a colorful backdrop and a true taste of Sussex County’s lowland beauty during peak autumn. Race Against Hunger & Homelessness In Laurel, MD Together this Thanksgiving, we can #FightHunger, #FightHomelessness, and #FosterHope. Since 2004, this Thanksgiving morning tradition has drawn participants from across South Central Maryland and beyond. Each year, runners and walkers of all ages come out in the sun or rain, mild or cold, to support Laurel Advocacy & Referral Services, Inc. (LARS).
