Audubon Community Nature Center's Wild 5k run/walk is back! Fall is a great time to experience Audubon’s trails. The run/walk course takes participants through shady hemlock forests, over boardwalks, past fields, and back to the Nature Center. Audubon’s trail system is in a glacial valley, which makes the trail exceptionally flat. The course starts out on a 12-foot-wide maintenance road before narrowing to 6-foot-wide trails further on. The course is well-marked with white arrows. Come run, walk, stroll, or saunter to support Audubon. This year, money raised in the Wild 5k will support care for our Animal Ambassadors, including our three birds-of-prey.

Join the Jamestown Community College Veteran's Club in a community fundraiser to support veterans and military aligned students. Registration starts at 10:00 am with race starting promptly at 11:00 am Prizes for top three (3) Male and Female runners

The Amy King 5K Run will be held on Thanksgiving morning, November 26, 2026 at 9:00 am in Jamestown, NY.      Proceeds raised will benefit the Amy King Kids’ YMCA Summer Camp and Southwestern Central School Scholarships.Amy King was a flight attendant on United Flight 175. She was 29 years old on September 11, 2001 when terrorists hijacked her flight. Chautauqua Striders 2027 St. Pat’s Dash 🍀 Join us Saturday, March 13, 2027, for the St. Pat’s Dash in Jamestown, NY! This USATF-certified 3.0-mile course starts and finishes at the Northwest Arena. Run or walk your way through the course and celebrate afterward! Proceeds from the St. Pat’s Dash support Chautauqua Striders youth programs in academics, mentoring, and athletics. The St. Pat’s Dash will kick off the 2027 Runner of the Year Series. Register early to save on registration and guarantee yourself a race shirt!
