What Is OUTLAST? OUTLAST is a 6-hour trail endurance challenge where runners complete a 5K every hour, on the hour. Each lap must be finished within the hour to stay in the event. If you finish early, you rest until the next round. Miss a lap, and you’re out. Complete all six rounds, and you OUTLAST. This isn't just about speed — it's about pacing, discipline, and mental grit. Whether you're trying to survive all six or win your division, the challenge is the same: show up each hour, push your limits, and stay in it. Each course is trail-based, with natural terrain, elevation, and unpredictable conditions. You’ll have time between rounds to recover, refuel, and refocus — but not much.   What You Earn: ​4 laps = “Grit Earned” patch5 laps = “Survivor” patch6 laps = Premium “OUTLAST” medal ​​All participants receive a premium OUTLAST Tee. Registration will open on April 1, 2026! Indoor Triathlon Swim 10 Minutes in 25 yard pool (4 feet depth)Bike 30 Minutes on stationary cycle Run 20 Minutes on treadmill. The combined time for the swim, bike and run is 60 minutes, plus two transitions. The first transition between the swim and bike is ten minutes and the second transition between the bike to run is five minutes. Each heat will have a maximum of 6 participants. Three lanes of the pool will be used, with two swimmers in each lane.  After completing the swim segment participants will have a 10 minute transition time to change and move to the cycle room for the bike segment. The run segment is upstairs using the treadmills. Each participant will have 10 minutes for the swim, 30 minutes on the bike, and 20 minutes for the run, with the allotted transitions between activities. Fun and pressure-free, this event is great for both experienced triathletes and those competing in their first race. Participants must be at least 18

Run To Feed The Hungry offers a Half Marathon, 10k, 5k, 1-Mile, and Kids Dash, bringing runners and walkers together to make a real difference. Proceeds support local Central Ohio food pantries, helping fight hunger right in our community. Whether you’re chasing a PR or enjoying a fun family event, every step you take helps put food on the table for those in need. One of the toughest half marathons you'll ever run. on the road.  Entire event is on paved county roads.Start at Columbus Youth Camp and drop 250 ft in 1.9 mile down along Wolf Creek to a turnaround and back up the hill. Then after passing the start line you descend 200 ft in 3/4 mile to Grandview Lake.  Follow road around lake with rolling hills and magnificent views. After the lake tour, back up the hill to the finish at Columbus Youth Camp. The 5k option will include going down the 250 ft and 200 ft hills and coming back up. This race will also start and finish at Columbus Youth Camp.
