Zeta Tau Alpha Run for Life 5K

Charlottesville, VA
Zeta Tau Alpha’s chapter at the University of Virginia has hosted our annual Run for Life 5K in Charlottesville, Virginia every year for the past 28 years. Our race benefits the Zeta Tau Alpha Foundation to fund scholarships, educational programming, leadership development and our fight against breast cancer, which includes our partnerships with Bright Pink, the NFL, the American Cancer Society, and locally with the UVA Breast Care Center. In years past, we have attracted approximately 1000 participants and raised nearly $30,000 for breast cancer each year. This race means so much to our chapter members, UVA, and the Charlottesville community.  Breast cancer affects 1 in 8 women in the United States. In order to continue to raise awareness for the significance of this disease, inspire hope for a cure, and maintain our education efforts, we will be hosting this year's race at Madison Bowl (adjacent to UVA Grounds, located between Rugby Rd and Madison Ln) on April 12th.  If you'r
