Hospice of the Piedmont 5K Run/Walk

Join us for the 25th annual Hospice of the Piedmont 5K Run/Walk! This year's race will be held Saturday, May 9, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Following the race, we'll gather for celebratory refreshments and an awards ceremony. Walkers and runners of all ages and abilities are welcome on the stunning course through Keswick Estate. The final stretch of the race, our Memorial Mile, is lined with the names of those we have lost – honoring their memory.  At Hospice of the Piedmont, we understand the importance of spending time and making memories with friends and loved ones. We invite you to make every moment and every mile count at this year's HOP 5K.  Interested in supporting our mission? Team and individual fundraising, as well as generous community sponsorships, help us reach our goal each year.
