1 Mile Race Day - April 03, 2026 Event Location- CASINO BRIDGE RUN - 151 BEACH BLVD. BILOXI, MS The Casino Bridge Run - Kids Half Marathon is not a Fun Run. Even though it will be fun, it is an innovative two month endurance building running/walking program designed for children kindergarten (K5) through 5th grade. Children will run the distance of a Half Marathon (13.1 miles) over the course of the 2 month program. To achieve this goal, kids must train for the last mile of their half marathon by running a total of 12.1 miles in 1/4 mile, 1/2 mile, 3/4 mile or 1 mile increments between February 01, 2027 through April 03, 2027 to qualify for the (1) mile race day participation. There are NO official winners, so your child can chart their progress from the beginning of their training in February until race day. Our motto is "if you had fun you won"!!! Students will run in PE class and/or with a parent and log their distances on the website to keep a tally to track their progress. Mileage is based on adult supervision and the honor system. Each kid logging the (12.1) pre miles and will receive a Casino Bridge Run Kids Half Marathon Finisher’s Medal when he/she completes the final mile on Saturday, April 03, 2026. Parents/Guardians who choose to participate with their child on race day, MUST register as an adult. Only adults with a child participating can register. This USATF certified course will immerse you in Lincoln history unlike any other race!   ​The race starts at the Old State Capitol where Lincoln gave his famous House Divided speech.  Just across the plaza from the Capitol, within the first quarter mile of the race, is the Lincoln-Herndon Law Offices.  This is the only building still standing where Lincoln practiced law during in his 25-year career.  Not even a mile into the race, runners go back in time for two blocks, passing by the only home Abraham Lincoln ever owned.  During mile nine, runners enter Oak Ridge cemetery and are able to view Lincoln's final resting place.  Mile 10 takes runners through the local city park named after the 16th president.  During the final mile of the race, runners will pass by historic Union Train station directly adjacent to the Abraham Lincoln Museum and L

THE RACE: The 14th annual Hattiesburg Half Marathon • 10k • 5k is set for Saturday, April 11, 2026. The race provides fundraising opportunities for participating Pine Belt nonprofits, while also attracting runners to the Hub City from numerous states. Online registration opens Monday, October 13th, for all three race routes.     THE COURSE: The Hattiesburg Half Marathon • 10k • 5k course highlights iconic local landmarks and engages Hattiesburg businesses. The 2026 course will once again wind through downtown, head toward the Avenues, and loop around the Hattiesburg Zoo. The 2026 Rock the Parkway half marathon and 5K is Kansas City's largest half marathon and is run along Kansas City's favorite half marathon course on historic Ward Parkway!  Both events start and finish in front of the world headquarters of our host, Burns & McDonnell.  The half marathon race is run separately from the 5K which starts after the half marathon participants have departed the starting area.

This scenic, 13.1 mile 'Tour de Corvallis' is mostly flat with two slow gradual climbs, and two gradual descents.The entire course is on paved roads, sidewalk and bike paths.The 5k is one of the flattest around. You can expect a PR on this course!

Welcome to our 20th Annual Half Marathon Unplugged that runs along the Burlington Greenway (bike path), which is adjacent to Lake Champlain with the Adirondacks in the distance. You won’t see 25,000 spectators or hear bands along the way, like with the M&T Bank Vermont City Marathon & Relay, but you WILL experience a scenic, very flat, half marathon race, with some fun frills along the way and especially at the finish festival. It's fun frills, no hills! This is a perfect 'training race' for those running the M&T Bank Vermont City Marathon on May 24th. The race course is point-to-point, starting at Airport Park in Colchester and finishing near Switchback Brewing on Flynn Avenue in Burlington. There will be three water stations along the course and at the finish, as well as a post-race party at Switchback.
