The Ada County Victim Services Center 5,000-Mile Challenge, by F3 BOISE

Boise, ID
Hey everyone! Please join F3 BOISE in Idaho for our 2nd Annual week-long virtual activity challenge! We're aiming to log a whopping 5,000 miles together as a group. It's all for a great cause—raising awareness about the serious issue of human trafficking right here in Boise. Throughout the week of October 24-31, all participants will track their own miles wherever you want to log them. Whether you're walking, running, cycling, or doing your favorite activity, every mile counts towards our goal! Not only are we spreading awareness, but we're also fundraising for The Ada County Victim Services Center , a nonprofit in Boise that supports survivors of human trafficking from our community. The money raised will directly help in their recovery and restoration. Let's make a difference together! ABOUT ACVSC - https://adacounty.id.gov/victimservices/ The Ada County Victim Services Center is a place where people affected by interpersonal violence can come and receive assistance. Through one door, our specialized multi-disciplinary team provides wrap around services to stabilize and support victims of violence and their families. These services can include forensic examinations, law enforcement reporting, crisis counseling and safety planning and more. The Ada County Victim Services Center is a vital community resource for those experiencing domestic abuse and violence, child abuse, sexual assault, stalking, elder abuse or human trafficking. The Center was founded in 2006 by the Ada County Prosecutor’s Office and the Ada County Commissioners. Ada County Prosecutor Jan Bennetts has been instrumental in its creation and continued success. With continued support from the Ada County Board of Commissioners and several private and public partners, the Ada County Victim Services Center continues to serve the community. Vision: The Ada County Victim Services Center is a safe place where victims and their families are treated with dignity and respect and where they receive comprehensive, compassionate, and healing services. Mission: Partners collaborating to provide medical and mental health care, legal and financial advocacy, and justice for crime victims and their families. ABOUT F3 NATION - https://f3nation.com/ F3 is a national network of free, peer-led workouts for men. Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership. Started in 2011 in Charlotte, North Carolina, F3 is now in 48 states, on 5 continents, with more than 4,205 scheduled workouts a week through the volunteer efforts of men whose lives have been changed by their involvement with the group. The three Fs in our name stand for Fitness, Fellowship and Faith — the last of which we define as not one specific religion or faith system, but simply a belief in something outside oneself. Our workouts … Are free of charge Are open to all men Are held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold Are led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary End with a Circle of Trust We welcome men of all fitness levels to our workouts and have no requirement for membership other than that you show up at the appointed time and place and follow what the workout leader (the “Q” in F3 lingo) does. The F3 Credo is: Leave no man behind, but leave no man where you find him.

Boise Half Marathon

Boise, ID
Saturday, November 14, 2026(Subject to Change)All runners will receive a race shirt and race medal.  Please note courses utilize the Boise Greenbelt system. Should we run the Greenbelt, the river can be unpredictable. Systems and entities that govern the local Greenbelt are constantly dealing with these challenges. Typical issues are created due to sidewalk construction, sinkholes, flooding, etc. During the run, you may encounter wildlife that may cause a delay in your progress and/or change in your planned route. Or you may cause your own delay to stop and listen to the amazing sounds this course creates.

Run for an hour. Challenge yourself for the full two hours. You decide how far you want to go. This isn’t about being the fastest runner. It’s about showing up for something bigger than ourselves. Your participation can help a child take their first step onto a team, into a sport, across a starting line, or into a positive environment where they feel supported and encouraged. VIRTUAL RUN Can’t make it in person? You can still be part of the movement! Run 1 mile, 5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon—or anything in between. Run on a trail, treadmill, track, through your neighborhood, or with your family at the park during race weekend. Your distance. Your pace. Your location. Take a picture, share your miles, tag #InspireKidz, and help us spread the mission! EVERY MILE MATTERS ❤️ When you participate, you’re doing more than going for a run. You’re helping give a child an opportunity to move, play, belong, build confidence, and discover what they’re capable of. Let’s show up as a community and RUN TO INSPIREKIDZ! Questions?
