Swim the famous Kailua Bay 2.4 ocean swim course.  During the swim you'll definitely see some sea life.  Dolphins, eagle rays and sometimes a manta ray are all possibilities and you'll definitely see lots of different fish.  Proceeds from this year's event will be donated to Hawaiian Swimming to help fund top Hawaiian Swimming athletes particpation in the May 2026 Oceania Swim Meet being held in Fiji.  The top Hawaiian Swimming male and female swimmers in this race will qualify to represent Hawaii in the open water swimming competition at the Oceania competition. Who We Are: Healthy Kids Running Series is a five (5) week running program in the spring and fall for kids Pre-K through 8th grade. Each HKRS Series takes place once a week and offers age-appropriate running events including the 50 & 75 yard dashes, the 1/4 mile, the 1/2 mile and the 1 mile run. Kids will earn points for each race they complete based on their finish. Its that time of the year to gather together with no sweating involved:  the MPRRC Annual Banquet and Membership Meeting.    The event will be held at Ala Moana Hotel by Mantra, 410 Atkinson Drive, Honolulu Hawaii 96814. The banquet will be a catered buffet dinner and is free to members. However, there is a $20 security deposit that will be refunded to you in cash at the door. ZOE Japan Rescue Walk to End Child Trafficking The ZOE Rescue Walk is more than just a walk—it’s a powerful movement of individuals like you, uniting to take a stand for freedom and make a real impact in the fight against child trafficking. Every dollar you raise helps rescue vulnerable children in Japan. Kaylan's Warrior Fun Run is held in honor of Kaylan Haywood. She was diagnosed with DIPG (Diffused Intrusive Pontine Glioma) a brain tumor in the brain stem. She was an active, fun loving, caring 11 yr old full of life. Her wish was for our Ohana to be there for other Ohana's effected by DIPG and Childhood Brain Cancer. So we founded Kaylan Strong's Fight Like A Warrior Foundation to help Ohana's here in Hawaii. Ho’ōla-To Heal On Saturday, June 6, 2026, we welcome runners, joggers, and walkers of all fitness levels to unite at the Ho‘ōla 5K. This new 3.1-mile race through Kalama Valley is professionally timed for competitive participants, while also allowing strollers in a family-friendly environment. The race aims to foster connection and care within our local community by raising funds for the Hawai‘i Primary Care Association (HPCA), a non-profit organization that supports fourteen community health centers (CHCs) across all eight Hawaiian Islands. ARE YOU READY TO CHASE THE SHARK? Come run a scenic route through Iao Valley State Park. The run will start near the intersection of Market St  & Vineyard St. and will head up W. Vineyard St., onto Main St. and up to the scenic Iao Valley State Park. After the turn around, enjoy a rolling downhill back to Wailuku.    Stay tuned for the opening of registration.

Come to Kailua Beach Park for a scenic romp through Lanikai!  Bunch start at the Lanikai Monument on the hill entering Lanikai, then two counterclockwise loops of the Lanikai Bike Path with the finish near the Lanikai Boat Ramp.  Faster runners should move to the front and walkers towards the back to avoid collisions.   When you finish, enjoy free shave ice by Island Snow! A rare and beautiful venue at the Old Pali Road 5K! A beautiful tropical route that starts at the Ko`olau Ballrooms and Conference Center (formerly the Ko`olau Golf Club) and takes runners along the scenic and challenging Old Pali Road. Participants will embark on a thrilling uphill journey along Makiki Heights Drive, transitioning to Tantalus Drive and climbing for about five miles before enjoying a downhill stretch on Round Top Drive. Runners will then make their way back, finishing strong with a final uphill push on Makiki Heights Drive. For those who prefer a more leisurely pace, an optional early start at 6:00 a.m. is available for walkers and runners planning to finish in over 2.5 hours. Any monetary donation will be given to Hilo Food Bank, and all food donations will be given to Malia Puka O Kalani food pantry. KTA has generously given us ten $20 gift certificates to go to the first 10 people who donate $50 or more. You can do this when you get to the donation section in the registration process.
