Ho’ōla 5K

Ho’ōla-To Heal On Saturday, June 6, 2026, we welcome runners, joggers, and walkers of all fitness levels to unite at the Ho‘ōla 5K. This new 3.1-mile race through Kalama Valley is professionally timed for competitive participants, while also allowing strollers in a family-friendly environment. The race aims to foster connection and care within our local community by raising funds for the Hawai‘i Primary Care Association (HPCA), a non-profit organization that supports fourteen community health centers (CHCs) across all eight Hawaiian Islands. Through HPCA’s work, underserved families facing linguistic and financial barriers gain access to essential healthcare—addressing critical gaps where many hospitals fall short. In addition to fundraising, the Ho‘ōla 5K amplifies awareness of healthcare disparities and empowers participants to make a lasting impact through every step of the race. For those who wis
