Sea to Sound

Sea To Sound is a 70 mile, three-day, multi-modal group ride spanning the entire length of the Olympic Discovery Trail. It is also a fundraising opportunity for Ian's Ride, a 501c3 non profit in the State Of Washington.  The Olympic Peninsula is the farthest northwest expanse of land one can explore along the US coast. In fact, the Rails to Trail Conservancy recently decided to add the ODT to the Great American Rail-Trail – making a route from Washington, DC to the Pacific Ocean here in Washington State. Over 3700 miles! For our event, we will offer aid stations and support along the entire route.  Wheelchair users are strongly encouraged!  We will support you. Just tell us what you will need. This event features a fast point-to-point course that takes runners and walkers from the top of Tacoma and finishes at beautiful Point Ruston. The 5K is a chip timed race on a fast, flat and downhill course starting at N 37th St & N Vassault St in Tacoma, close to Vassault Park, and finishing at the newly renovated Owen Beach at Pt. All proceeds benefit the Chamber's programming and bringing great events to Edmonds.    The 5K is timed and prizes are given for the top three runners in each gender and first place finisher in each age category. Winners will be recognized and prizes given shortly after the end of the race finish. 2026 marks the 1st ever 5k run in Granite Falls Washington!  Celebrating the 250th Anniversary of the USA.  The run will circle around the history of Granite Falls.   Once runners have completed the course, there is an awards ceremony with several raffle awards. 2026 Run Like the Wind -- Westport 5K, 10K and Half Marathon

Come and enjoy the 'Run Like the Wind' races in Westport, WA, by entering a 5K run/walk, a 10K run or a Half Marathon run on the scenic Westport Light Trail and beyond.  Our courses are rolling and fairly flat.  All the races will start at the marina, go down and around the Fishermen's Memorial and then head for the paved trail around Half Moon Bay and through Westhaven State Park. A little farther down the trail, the 5K folks will turn around and head back to the starting point.  Those running the 10K will appreciate the ocean views as they continue south on the trail and then run around the Westport Lighthouse before returning to the marina. Olympia Lakefair Races - Half Marathon, 8K & 3K

2026 marks the 50th Anniversary of the Olympia Lakefair Races, which include the Jerry Miller Half Marathon, an 8K and a 3K including free entry for Kids 14 and under; taking runners on routes that circle around the town of Olympia and beyond into Tumwater and Thurston County. Both the 3K and 8K start and finish on 5th Avenue in front of Heritage Park.  They both circle Capitol Lake, with the 8K continuing into Tumwater Historical Park before returning.
